Moonlight

The guild was created by Kate, Bobbie, and Matt who wanted to improve their accounts in a small family setting that they trusted. So they created Moonlight in hopes to start a type of avvie guild that was fresh and innovative. Since the idea was born it has been swept away into the hustle and bustle of a well functioning guild. So we welcome you into this family and avid crazy collectors. We hope you enjoy your (hopefully long term) stay here.

Rules

Every family has household rules, this works no differently.

Section One
If you have an issue with anything in the guild, do not rant about it on the boards. Please neomail the council with your concerns and rant and we will do everything in our powers to help fix what is distressing you. If you start to get busy in real life and you aren't going to be on for a long period of time, let the council know so we don't think you hate us or don't want to be a part of the guild anymore and accidentally "sweep" you in a member sweep. We know people have real lives since we all practice this ourselves. We also do not want any side accounts in the guild so we can get as many fresh faces in as we can since we do have a member cap. But we will of course let your side in if you do get suspended or Cged. Those are circumstances everyone understands.
Section Two
Obviously we are not going to tolerate scamming, cheating, or begging members for items. If you did that at Bobbie's house you are fed to the cats. So let's not break that big rule for everyone's safety.

Section Three
This last section is about the boards. Please keep all your fonts readable. That means if someone asks you to change it a little so they can read what you wrote please do so, they are only asking you to do that because they can what you say. Please try not to spam the boards. It makes so many people mad when you do it so try to keep all of your post longer than a couple words and not all smileys, and not more than three posts in a row. That way our board stays clean and happy.

On the topic of keeping our board clean of clutter if you can keep all pet lending to neomails only that would be ideal. That way people can talk about other things that when you are going to lend the item via time.

This last one is the biggest rule. Treat others with respect and in a civil manner. No one likes to feel attacked or ousted from a group. We will absolutely NOT allow this.

Teams

Yes we have decided to do teams instead of ranks so that people work together to better their accounts. It ends up being a lot more successful and fun doing it with friends then just yourself.

How The Teams Work
Every month you will CHOOSE your own team. Each team will focus on reaching the goals set for that team. For the first month it will be set my council and after that the team leader will set a reasonable goal and neomail it to the council so it can be displayed on the page.

At the end of the month points will be awarded by the goals reached by each individual to their overall point count. BUT if your team earned the most points you get a bonus 200 points for doing so awesome! AND the top three point gathers for that month get to be team captains the next!

Some things we would all need to try to do is be on a team with different members. It isn't fun/fair if a few powerhouses just group together and dominate it. No one likes it. Keep it interesting by working with new people. Also, try not to be on the same team two months in a row. We all need to work on all the aspects on our accounts to make us more well rounded developed people.

Teams

All the teams are based on real constellations.
Little Dipper ~ The beginning of a true constellation; it is your rank upon joining the stars.

Orion ~ is the hunter and that is what you will be as you search for avvies, money, and new games to add to your belt.

Libra ~ is the scales that keeps things in balance and that is what happens to your account as you gather trophies, feed hungry kads, and increase your shop and gallery sizes.

Pyxis ~ is the ship's compass which leads explorers to find treasures like you as you restock the main shops and discover the various stamps and trading cards to add to your collection.

Team Goals

This month we will take it easy as it is the opening month.

Orion : One new avvie, 50k made, and 10 new games played.

Libra : One Kad fed, One new trophy, and one upgrade on either your shop or your gallery.

Pyxis : Two new stamps, 5 new cards, and a profit of 25k restocked.

Points

Points will be given out by reaching your goals and completing activities. What is the purpose of points you may wonder? You will get priority lends. For example we get a bag of peanuts and so many people need them, the person who needs the avvie item with the highest point amount will get priority of the item above the others. Obviously we would never just give ONE out when we have so many great members but you get the gist. So getting as many points as you can would be ideal and good for you because it makes many expensive items at an affordable price(free).
