Sick Pets

Make sure the pet that is ill is set as your active pet. Go to the healing springs every half an hour, eventually your pet's illness will be healed for free. (It may take many trips.) Don't worry your pets can't die.

Brain Tree

To answer the Brain Tree, you must do 2 Esophagor quests in the Haunted Woods. It's the only way: the answers are random and the game is rigged.
