Name: Project 184 Aliases: Codo, Codo-kun (by Kyla) Gender: Male Age: Biologically 16 (Chronologically 67) Species/Race: Earthling mutated Komodo dragon Date of Creation: January 31 Place of Creation: classified Height: 6 feet 1 inch Weight: 180-200 pounds (depending on when and what he last ate) Voice: A hissing and growling sound. As for how he communicates through the mind, the "voice" sounds like anything the recipient wants it to sound like. Marital Status: Single ..::Abilities::.. - Able to heal instantly from cuts, gun wounds, stabbings, etc. But it takes about a week to heal a broken bone. - Able to endure severe climates. - Telepathy is the only way for him to communicate. If there is a group of people, he can use telepathy to send his "voice" to one specific person. Meaning only that person will "hear" him. - Increased strength, endurance, eyesight, balance, sense of smell, and fighting skills. - Excellent climber, swimmer, short distance runner, and survivor. - Bacterial saliva. Once he bites anything living, the bacteria in his saliva will course through the victim's blood, causing infection and blood poisoning. Eventually, the victim will die in 2-4 days after being bitten. - Swinging his tail like a fat whip. Force like a large log hitting you and can break bones. - Serrated teeth, powerful jaws, and able to go days without a meal. Likes: Anything edible, water, painlessness, shade, the possibility of destroying all humans, things that make his tail wag. Dislikes: Humans, pain, sudden bright lights, hay, the smell of a laboratory, Coca-Cola, things that make him growl. Favorite Food: Any kind of meat. Favorite Drink: Water Strengths: A reason to fight, such as killing a human or provoked. Energy from food. Weaknesses: Collar (if someone tries to remove it, he'll die) and one of the settings on the controller to his collar (depending on the level, he'll receive a certain amount of pain. The controller is currently nowhere to be found). Can die from drowning, starvation, body completely blowing up, or if a weapon (i.e. a sword, spear, etc.) is stuck in him for far too long, he could probably die of blood loss. Pain, the thought of defeat, being punched on his underbelly. Cannot use any communication device that requires a voice (i.e. phone, radio, walkie-talkie, etc.) for he has no voice. Cannot use telepathy when he does not know the general location of someone. The acute angle point points toward his muzzle. - A "~" kind of black marking above and below each eye. The markings below the eyes are located on the cheek bones, giving a slight shadow underneath. - Another marking is right above the eyes. It is a curve that almost looks like one big eyelash at the back of the eye, toward the back of the head. The curve starts, then turns and points the opposite direction, toward his snout. - Rectangular shaped head. - Dirty white, about inch long claws on ends of each toe (3 toes/claws per foot) and ends of fingers on hands (5 claws per hand) - Long tail that drags on the floor behind him. Depending on body stance, usually drags about 4-6 inches on ground. Same length as body minus the legs. - Markings on tail are black, curved triangles that actually start from the top of his head down to the tip of his tail. The markings are of different sizes each, but do not vary too much. The only VISIBLE markings are six of the curved, black triangles on his tail. On his tail, the markings' sizes do vary but grow smaller as they go down his tail. - Large, white, triangular-shaped scales on head. They are like a sheet. Each new layer of scale grows from the bottom of the previous layer. Reaches down to his shoulders. - 2 thin, long, white scales jut out from the top of the sheet of smaller scales. They are like bangs. These two scales run along the top of his head, then suddenly bend and fall onto his face. One falls on the point of his eye pointing to his mouth. - Leg structure is like a quadruped's. Walks on the back part of leg (don't know what it's called). When it looks like he's standing on his toes, he's actually standing on his actual foot. Otherwise, with his pants on his legs look almost like a human's, except for the claws and three toes and such. ..::Attire::.. - Black, baggy, long-sleeved shirt. While in a relaxed position and standing, the sleeves cover his entire hand, except his claws. - Black, baggy pants that reach down to just above his feet. His tail goes through a giant hole in the back of his pants. Pants hide the actual structure of his legs. - Black, metallic collar with several silver, round studs. If looked at closely, the collar is made of sections which grow to the size of Project 184's neck. Very tight around the neck. -Though never seen, the inside of the collar is gray. On the bottoms of each silver stud, there is a small, needle-like object. For the round stud directly on the back of his neck, the needle is longer. The collar works by attaching to his neck and to his spinal cord with the needles and tightness of the collar. These needles, when the controller is dialed to a specific number or when someone attempts to remove the collar, deliver a certain amount of an electric shock. The shock is delivered throughout his body. The original controller, which is now lost somewhere, has twelve dials. The higher the number, the worse the pain. - (Sometimes wears) black, ski boot-like shoes with three, silver clips. Weapon(s): None Vehicle(s): None Team/Team Position: None Personality Details: Emotionless and often takes things literally. Because Project 184 does not have a voice and can only communicate telepathically, there is no feeling in any way people hear him. Usually though, he uses his real voice when ready to attack, defend, or when angry. Mainly the only way to tell how he is feeling is through his two large eyes. Rarely, if not ever, does he smile. He absolutely hates all humans and is out to kill them all. Back-story: In the golden age of scientific studies (around the same time as Shadow the Hedgehog's creation) and breakthroughs, many experiments took place. Among them was a pursuit to create the ultimate survivor. This being was destined to be able to survive environments and climates no ordinary human could endure. A team, consisting of scientists of several different fields, created this being. Among them were John Faulkner, a genetic engineer who used a collar to control and disipline Project 184, and Caitlyn Yoon, a zoologist who, two years previously, had lost a two year old son to a disease. Out of the ten not-yet-hatched Komodo Dragons used in the experiment, only one survived in the liquid filled capsule for the first five years.
Before the first "awakening", John Faulkner asked an engineer working at the labratory, though not on the same project, to design a collar. When Project 184 was let out of the capsule, John Faulkner placed the collar on the mutant's neck. Instantly receiving a small electric shock as the needles plunged into his neck and spinal cord, Project 184 returned the favor by biting into his creator's shoulder. From then on, the two absolutely hated each other. The feeling of contempt was not the same for all members of the team. Caitlyn slightly befriended the project. She gave him the most attention and food, trying to communicate with him. Caitlyn secretly believed that Project 184 was a reincarnation of her dead, little boy and would sometimes treat him so. During the second time in the tube, from which he emerged at the age of eight, Project 184 received the ability of telepathy. Now he could finally communicate. It was also after the second time in the tube that Caitlyn gave the mutant the pair of black clothes he currently wears. Project 184 returned to the capsule full of IVs and liquid at the age of twelve--the last time he entered the horrible tube. He "awakened" from sleep a year later. For nearly three years, everything seemed to go okay with the project, until it was time for an inspection. Occasionally the project for the ultimate survivor received an inspection by a few representatives from the group funding the project. Usually, it turned out fine since they always arrived when he was inside a glass tube filled with a buffer. But this time was different. Project 184 was outside the tube. This inspection was crucial. That same day, Project 184 and Caitlyn had a very important conversation. They talked about many things but one stuck out. Project 184 communicated to Caitlyn about giving himself a set name, since he was always called different things such as Project 184, Experiment, Thing, etc. Later that day, when John Faulkner introduced the representatives to Project 184 and ordered the creature to give a demonstration in the "Training Room", Project 184 communicated to him and him alone a No. John Faulkner became furious and asked why Project 184 would not do as he ordered. Because my name is not You or Creature or Thing or any other title you humans give me. My name is Codo and things are meant to respond to their correct name. John Faulkner, furiou, turned the controller to level 9, giving Codo a severe electric shock. Codo almost passed out and John Faulkner was forever embarrassed for such disobedience by his own creation. After apologizing to the representatives, John Faulkner stormed off to Codo's room, a lightless, steel chamber with a bit of hay and a water trough. As soon as he entered, he dialed the controller to level 11, almost killing his creation. Thinking Codo was unconscious, John Faulkner walked over to his still body. Once close enough, the creature pounced and killed his creator. A while passed before Caitlyn, worried about Codo, came into the project's chamber. To her horror, she found John Faulkner already half eaten. She left then returned with a guard and a syringe filled with a tranquilizer. Codo stopped eating and went to Caitlyn, acting kind and completely different from a minute before. Hugging the Komodo dragon, Caitlyn administered the tranquilizer and the reptile fell limp in her arms. Project 184 was placed in suspended animation in hopes of further use, and laid dormant for about fifty-one years. Finally, the capsule he slept in malfunctioned and he was released. Remembering the horrible years of his life and the betrayel he had experienced, Codo vowed to kill every human being. ..::Current Status::..
