History
His name is Skye, and he fits his name. He was born twenty years ago, to a seamstress and a pilot. Skye is the only child after his mother's first miscarrage and after his older sister died an hour after birth. His father was often strict and could be cruel when he wanted to be, yet Skye adored and admired his father. Skye is what people call a shapeshifter and what his father called a son of the sky. Skye grew up on the shore of the river, and he was raised a gentleman without much money. Despite his status in the political world, he tries his best to be a gentleman. When he was nine his mother caught ill and passed away the day after her thirty-first birthday. The rest of his history is a secret that he keeps closely to himself.

Abilities
Skye's shapeshifting allows him to transform into any bird he wishes. For example, he can become a bald eagle, a sparrow, or a blue jay. If he uses a lot of energy, he can maintain a demiform, or a cross between human and bird, but cannot keep it long; he must choose one side of his forms soon. He uses his abilities to help him on some jobs, but of course keeps it secret.

Personality
Skye is a quiet, respectful young man with a kind disposition. He is bold and incredibly stubborn, yet gentle and cautious. Skye only is aggressive on points he is sure of. Once he realizes he likes or dislikes something, he is almost permanently in that mindset. Skye fears arrows and spears, always thinking of them as bird killers. He is afraid of being shot while he is flying, so tries to avoid the shapes of birds that people hunt for sport. Skye longs for adventure and a change in his boring life, any kind of change, so long as he doesn't end up dead. When he starts a relationship, one can expect him to build it up. He is very loyal to friends and trustworthy. Not to mention he is very quick to trust. Skye's hardworking and always finishes a project or job.

Appearance
Skye has dark hair and light grey eyes. His skin is tanned darkly from his time in the sun, working odd jobs he can get whenever he wishes. Skye has a scar across his chin from when he crash landed in a tree, but it doesn't take away from his appearance, it adds to it. He is 5'11" tall and is thin in build and seems to be of average strength, yet incredibly muscular.
