Neoboards

1: DO NOT POST GIBBERISH
When attempting to post a message on the Neoboards, depending on the way that your post is set up or, sometimes, the content of your post, you may get an error that tells you not to post gibberish. While this does not necessarily mean that what you are attempting to post is inappropriate, the only way to remedy this is to go back and edit your post. This could take several attempts if you do not know exactly what is setting the filter off.

2: CUSTOMIZED PETS
Some pets don't display the items that they are wearing on the boards.

3: 'ON' WORDS
Happens at least on both the boards and petpages. If any word that starts with 'on' and has at least five letters is posted with a symbol after it, an underscore will appear. If it is posted with another word on the same line that follows the specifications, an underscore and i~z~9 will appear after the second. If a word following those specifications is posted a space below a word following those specifications, an underscore and i~z~9 will appear after the word on the second line, if those are the only two things posted. If other text aside from those two things is posted above those two things, br] will appear in front of the first word following those specifications, and the second word following those specifications will be moved one line up (if it ends up on the same line as the first word, i~z~9 will appear in front of it). If words other than those two things are placed below those two things, those other words will be moved one line up, but the two words following those specifications will remain in the same position, and br] will appear in front of the word in the second line.

4: GEAR
A white background with a faded grey gear in the center is displaying in place of some active pets on the boards. Reportedly, this only happens with Mutant Yurbles.

Games

1: SCORE NOT SENT
At any given time, there is a possibility of your score not being sent; an error will appear when you attempt to send your score telling you so. This could effect any user and any game, and there is no remedy. It will not be recorded on your high score table, and you will not receive neopoints, an avatar, or a trophy.

2: DUNGEON DASH AND SPACEROCKED!
These two games don't appear to work for everyone. Dungeon Dash specifically does not seem to work for all Mac or Linux users, but If anyone has any information on specifically who the Spacerocked! glitch affects (as in, what region they tend to be in, what browser they use, etc.), let me know!

3: HANNAH AND THE PIRATE CAVES
Caves with characters other than alphanumerical and underscores (including spaces) cannot be sent. Also, if two arrows facing opposite directions are placed in the same row or column, they will not appear in the actual cave.

4: THE COCONUT SHY
This game is currently not loading for all Firefox users.

5: BAGATELLE
This game appears to not be working for anyone (further proved by the lack of increase in the jackpot for the past several days). The game fully loads, but will not advance past 'Off you go - please wait...'.

6: DUNGEON DASH AND SPACEROCKED! 2
Reports of both of these games not working properly without apparent cause. Dungeon Dash is reported to freeze at the start of the game (with AAA running and place), and Spacerocked is reported to not load fully. If anyone can confirm this, let me know!

7: HUNGRY SKEITH
Reports of inappropriate score and level fluctuations during game play. If anyone can confirm this, neomail me!

8: 3D LIFE/SHOCKWAVE
Reportedly, having the game window open for these types of games beyond a certain period of time (around twenty to thirty minutes) will result in an error message being displayed upon attempting to send your score, and it will not be sent.

9: KEY QUEST
Unbought Key Quest tokens are displayed on userlookups. This began when Key Quest tokens first began to appear on lookups, and was fixed not long after. However, users that have not logged in since this glitch was fixed may still have it. Reports of unbought Key Quest tokens being displayed on userlookups of users who have logged in since. Neomail to confirm!

10: FEED FLORG
If the computer lags for several seconds during gameplay, it will be an automatic game over. This was purposely built into the game in order to prevent cheating, but it can also affect players who aren't intentionally doing anything wrong.

11: ICE CREAM MACHINE
If the computer lags for several seconds during gameplay, it will be an automatic game over. This was purposely built into the game in order to prevent cheating, but it can also affect players who aren't intentionally doing anything wrong.

12: HASEE BOUNCE
Reports of this game not loading in Firefox, though this does not appear to happen to everyone. If you've experienced this problem, let me know!

13: BRUNO'S BACKWOODS BREAKAWAY
Reports of an invisible potion in level 8 when the game is played in Firefox. The potion is located one platform above the cave and is shown at the beginning of the level, but will have vanished by the time you make it up there. However, walking through the spot where the potion is will add the potion to your total count. If you've experienced this problem, let me know!

14: TYPING TERROR
If the computer lags for several seconds during gameplay, it will be an automatic game over. This was purposely built into the game in order to prevent cheating, but it can also affect players who aren't intentionally doing anything wrong.

15: NO TROPHY
Reports of attaining a score that should have gotten the player a trophy but not being rewarded one after several days. Neomail if you've had this problem!

16: IE
Several reports of problems loading flash games in Internet Explorer. Neomail if you're having this problem!

17: MEGASUPERB
Those who earned this prize in the Daily Dare challenge cannot collect it and it appears as a broken image on the prize collection page.

18: CHIA BOMBER II
When two mines are placed next to each other (touching), there is a possibility of one vanishing.

19: Wheel of Misfortune
Not working properly for Firefox users. Nothing happens upon pulling the lever.

20: Missing Logo
On the loading screen of Petpet Rescue, the space where a sponsor logo should be is instead a white box with 'CLIENT LOGO' in the center.

Trading Post

1: OFFER NOT RETURNED
Several reports of neopoints, and in some cases items, not being returned when their offer is rejected or another offer is accepted. This glitch particularly seems to affect older accounts, as pointed out by ghostwhisperer (60 months and up at least, though the exact account age range is unknown). Although this glitch appears to affect older accounts most often, there's also a possibility of it affecting younger accounts.

Main Shops

1: POST OFFICE
Merifoods is displayed where the name of the shop should be.

2: GREEDY SHOPKEEPER
If you happen to mishaggle on an item and offer more than the shopkeeper will accept (for instance, offering 39,000 instead of 390 on a 400NP item), and then attempt to haggle again, the shopkeeper will begin stating that they will not accept lower than something close to what you originally offered.

3: NO RESTOCKS
Periodically, shops will not restock for several hours at a time.

Auctions

1: VANISHED ITEMS
Both those who have placed a bid and the person who set up the auction receive a neomail that the item has vanished from the auction. The item is returned and the neopoints refunded.

2: REFUND
Reports of neopoints being returned after being successful in an auction, though possibly not right away. The person who set up the auction is reported to not receive anything, though the one who was successful receives the item. Neomail if you can confirm this.

3: LOST ITEMS
Upon being successful in an auction and receiving the automated neomail that follows, instead of the name of the item that was won being included in the neomail, '%_item_name' appears. Item is not received. Unsure whether or not the person who sets up the auction receives anything. Neomail if you know!

Battledome

1: PET DOESN'T EXIST
When attempting to enter the Battledome during a two-player fight, you'll most likely either get an error stating that the pet doesn't exist, or that the fight ID is invalid. The only remedy for this is to either refresh or go back and try entering again. It could take several attempts.

2: VANISHING WEAPONS
There have been reports of weapons from the Return of Dr. Sloth plot vanishing mid-battle. If you can confirm this, neomail me!

3: NO PUNCHBAG TROPHY
Reports of score not being recorded/trophy not being received upon defeating Punchbag Bob. If anyone can confirm this, let me know!

4: CLONED WEAPONS
Reports of entire set being doubled mid-battle. This appears to happen only very rarely, however it has been reported that there have been players frozen for using these weapons, for "abusing a glitch." The weapons do not remain after the battle.

Lookups and Petpages

1: INVISIBLE PETS
Some invisible pets are partially visible on their pet lookups.

2: SPECIAL CHARACTERS
Reports of random symbols appearing in place of special characters after two updates. Please neomail if you can confirm!

3: CAN'T UPDATE
Some are unable to update their petpage at all. One possible cause is an image placed on the page covering up the "Save Changes" button. One possible way to work around this is to click past the links you placed on the page and tab to the hidden update button.

4: RED BLUMAROO
Pets customized with Colourful Daisy String Lights display on userlookups merged with a headless Red Blumaroo.

5: EYE-LESS HISSI (AKA HSS)
The eyes of Green Hissis do not display on the owner's userlookup, the pet's lookup, or the boards.

6: NEOHOMES
Reports of less rooms than created displaying when a new room has been created. Although four was specifically reported, it may be different for everyone. Neomail if you have more info!

7: RESET PAGE TO DEFAULT
This button (not the text link) does not work. When clicked, it will ask you to confirm that you'd like your page reset, but even if you click OK, it will instead work the same way as the 'Preview Changes' button.

8: TEXT AREA BELOW CONTENT
If a text area without an underscore in the main tag between text and area is placed at the bottom of a petpage and saved, when attempting to update the petpage again, the end tag will have vanished. This will cause everything the content input box to be pushed to the far left, and upon clicking the 'Preview Changes' button, the following page will not contain the 'Save Changes' button, and saving will be impossible. Replacing the end tag will solve this problem, but it will have to be done for every update.

9: TEXT AREA ABOVE CONTENT
If a text area without an underscore in the main tag between text and area is placed above any other content and saved, when attempting to update the petpage again, any content that was below it will have vanished from the content input box and will instead be placed displayed outside of the content input box, displaying as it would have on the page. As with placing a text area below all content, saving will be impossible, and all that will show up upon clicking the 'Preview Changes' button is what remains in the content input box. Replacing the end tag will not solve this; the only way to do that is to remove the text area completely. This is, however, erase what content had been placed outside of the content input box upon saving.

Premium

1: NO NEW MESSAGES
Reports of "0 New Messages" and "0 Unread Messages" being displayed in the portal when there are new and/or unread messages in the user's inbox.

2: ALIAS ACCOUNTS
When attempting to make an alias account, if the secret word of the account your trying to make an alias is past a certain amount of characters, it will not be accepted.

3: BLANK MODULES
The ticker box is reported to be completely blank for some, while the news box is reported to be blank for others.

4: PREMIUM NEOCARDS
Cards from before your signup date are displayed.

5: SHH
Reports of not receiving any for an extended period of time.

6: HIDDEN GEM
Reports of receiving this SHH, but getting only this message upon clicking the link: "Something has happened! Your hidden gem is for Type at the start of the game." Let me know if you've had this problem!

7: SPACE FAERIE SCRATCHCARD
Periodically, the scratchcards won't be sent to your webmail on Friday. However, clicking the scratchcard link under the quick links in your portal should bring up a page where it can be collected.

NC Mall

1: EXTRA NEOCASH
Some users received more than 150NC when claiming their free Neocash (usually double). DO NOT SPEND IT, as you can be frozen for abusing a glitch. Report it to TNT so that they can remove it.

2: CART
When attempting to place an item in your cart, an error that the item cannot be added sometimes comes up. Attempting to add the item again usually works, however.

3: NO NEOCASH
When attempting to claim your free NC, there is a possibilty of an error coming up that states that it cannot be claimed at that time. When attempting to claim it again, an error will come up stating that you've already claimed it, and you will receive nothing. There is also the possibility of not receiving the first error and still not being awarded the free NC (nor being able to click the claim link again). Recent reports of NC being credited later on.

4: LAYERING
When previewing items in the NC Mall, items that cannot actually be worn together are able to be previewed together.

5: UNCONVERTED PETS
Directly below the screen where you can view what items you're trying on, this will appear if your active pet is unconverted: "NOTE: Your Neopet is using old-style artwork and cannot wear items." While backgrounds and trinkets can still be tried on, if the 'Select Pet' feature is used to switch which pet you'd like to try the clothing on, even if that pet is converted, the note will continue to appear. Also, there is a possibility of the pet either not appearing in the screen at all, or any clothing that they are currently wearing not showing up. Switching a converted pet to your active pet manually is the only way to solve this.

Other

1: GUILD BOARDS
If attempting to post a message that includes and apostrophe on a guild's boards, an error will come up stating that the message is inappropriate. This doesn't always happen, however. One suggestion is to use the tilde (', which is on the same key is ~) in place of an apostrophe. Recent reports of not being able to post any punctuation on the guild boards. Neomail if you've also experienced this problem!

2: FAERIE COBRALL
Cobralls cannot be painted faerie, although this color has been released for them.

3: GLITCHED NEOPOINTS
A couple of weeks ago, several accounts had neopoints added to their bank account or their neopoints on hand. While many accounts have already had these neopoints removed, several have not. DO NOT SPEND THESE NEOPOINTS! If you still have glitched neopoints, report this to TNT. If you spend them, you WILL be frozen! Some users also had neopoints subtracted from them, leaving them with negative neopoints on hand.

4: NEOHOMES
Reports of neohome applications not being accepted (status displaying less than one hour remaining for several hours or days). This is reported to also happen when attempting to tear down a room or add a garden. Neomail to confirm!

5: NOTABLE NEOPETS
Reports of incorrect pet sometimes being displayed under the Notable Neopets box on the front page. If anyone can confirm this, let me know!

6: NEOADVENTURE SPOTLIGHT
Has not displayed the new spotlight for several weeks.

7: ART GALLERY
Continues to display the artwork from last week, though new artwork has been announced in the news.

8: USER SHOP PRICING
Reports of prices being scrambled (increasing or decreasing) when stock is updated. If anyone can confirm this, neomail me!

9: ILLUSEN'S QUEST
There was a recent glitch with the I-Quests that allowed users to complete several quests back to back without actually having to have the item. Although this glitch has been fixed, there may still be wrongfully acquired Illusens Staffs floating around the site. If you come across any severely underpriced staffs (or possibly other expensive prizes obtainable through I-Quests), DO NOT purchase them. TNT WILL freeze you if you have one of these on your account, regardless of how you acquired it.

10: DUPED ITEMS
There was a recent glitch in which items withdrawn from the Safety Deposit Box or gallery were duplicated. Like the I-Quest glitch, it has been fixed. However, if you have any of these duplicated items on your account, report them to TNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! They will NOT hesitate to freeze your account.

11: ONLINE TIME
Neofriends will continue to be displayed as online and their online time continue to rise even if they are not currently if they do not physically click the 'Logout' button.

12: FAERIE TASU
Tasus cannot be painted faerie, although this color has been released for them.

13: UNACCEPTED ITEMS
If you send an item to someone and it is neither accepted nor rejected, you will eventually be sent an automated neomail informing you of such, and the items should be returned. However, there have been several reports of the item not being returned to the sender's inventory. It is so far unconfirmed whether or not this happens every time.

14: NEOLODGE
Reports of attempting to book a stay in the Neolodge and being charged, but not getting in. Several attempts were reported to have been made before it worked. Neomail if you've had this problem!

15: UNFAIRLY FROZEN
Reports of accounts being frozen for no apparent reason, presumably due to a glitch with the auto-freeze bot.

16: GLITCHED NEOPOINTS 2
Reports of frozen accounts (not self-iced) being returned with glitched neopoints on hand. If this happens to you, DO NOT SPEND THEM! TNT WILL freeze you (for good this time).

17: KADOATERY
Periodically, the Kadoatery will not be updated for several hours at a time. It is reset after awhile, however.

18: KADOATERY 2
Reports of Kads asking for blank items. If an attempt is made to feed such a Kad, it will state that you do not have the item, but the image of the item will be broken.

19: ACTIVE PET
If this link is used to change your active pet, but the name is typed with different cases than the pet's actual name (lower cases instead of upper cases and vice-versa), another pet's stats will appear on the Quick Ref page. There will be no image for the pet, it's species and color will be unknown, its gender female, its age 13,985 days, and it will have the lowest possible battle stats. Also, the pet will display as a slim black rectangle on the neoboards. Changing the active pet normally will fix this, however.

20: MOUTHLESS POOGLE
Reports of the angry pose of Poogles not having a mouth. Neomail to confirm!

21: NEOPETS MOBILE
Reportedly, during the summer and spring of 2007, Infusio (the company that runs Neopets Mobile software) had problems syncing online accounts to mobile phones. Logging on through the phone was difficult, and there was a high possibility of not being able to log out. If this happened, logging onto Neopets from a computer could result in bank accounts, trades, auctions, inventories, and pet information being wiped. Reports of nothing being restored then or since. If anyone experienced this problem, neomail me!

22: UNPAINTABLE PETPETS
Reports of not being able to paint various petpets colors that were officially released for them in the news.

23: UNRELEASED PETPETPETS
Two petpetpets, a pink one with wings and a dragonfly one, were announced in the news some time ago, but neither has been seen since.

24: ACCOUNT ACTIVATION LINK
If you click the activation link sent to your email upon creating a new account (no matter how old the link is) while logged into any account (including but not limited to the account the link was meant for), you'll be brought to a page that tells you that your account has been successfully created, you've received 1,000NP, where you can go to get your newbie pack, how to get started, etc. This'll come up as many times as you click the link. You will not, however, actually receive the 1k or be able to claim another newbie pack.

25: LOGGING IN WITHOUT LOGGING IN
Reports of randomly being logged into other user's accounts while browsing through the site. Neomail to confirm!

26: MOUTHLESS ZAFARA
Reports of the sad pose of Speckled Zafaras not having a mouth. Neomail to confirm!

RETURN OF DR. SLOTH PLOT ITEMS
Can affect both those that set up the trade, and those that offer. The item that is most notably effected is the Ylanas Blaster. For those that set up the trade, there are reports of the item being lost when the trade is canceled. For those that offer, neopoints may not be returned if the person accepts another offer or cancels the trade, and there are also reports of not receiving the item if the offer is accepted.

CAN'T WITHDRAW
Reports of being unable to withdraw from a one-player fight, even after visiting the status page. Equipping and unequipping weapons is reported to help.

HIGH SCORE
Appears to effect everyone on the site. On any game page, the score that is displayed under your 'All Time' high score will be the highest score you've attained in the game with the lowest ID that you've played. It will be the same for every game, but it does not effect how it appears on your high score table, nor will you be given an avatar and/or trophy, even if that score would warrant it, as it isn't your actual score.
