Using The Super Shop Wizard - Article written by Smartgirl
Probably the most advantageous feature for Premium users is having access to the fast and efficient Super Shop Wizard (SSW).
Not to be outdone by its inferior counterpart, the regular Shop Wizard, Premium users need only enter the name (or part of the name) of the item they are looking for in the search perimeters, and the SSW will then whiz speedily to reveal the 20 lowest prices in all players' shops of that particular item! Additionally, the SSW is capable of running price checks by automatically taking the top 10 prices of a searchable item, and then providing the average price from all 10 prices! Now that's super!
The SSW is accessed through the Premium portal page, either directly from the portal page or in Sniperspace mode by pressing the "Launch" button which then opens a new window for the SSW. Sniperspace mode, however, only gives the 10 cheapest shops selling searchable items.
Speaking of which, there are some items that cannot be searched through the SSW. These include laboratory map pieces, paint brushes, petpet paint brushes, nerkmids and transmogrification potions.
And as magnificent as the super little yellow Jubjub with the wizard's cap and cape is, there are a few other drawbacks to the SSW, as well. For instance, players can only do between 5 and 25 searches per hour using the SSW. Whenever players use the SSW too quickly, the Super Shop Wizard stops them by saying:
Whoa there, too many searches!
I am too busy right now, please come back
in about xx minutes and I can help you out.
Premium users must then wait out the remainder of the hour before they can access the SSW again, but they can then switch over to using the regular Shop Wizard which allows for up to 300 searches per hour! Premium users have the best of both worlds with that added advantage of being able to maximize their use of both shop wizards for sniping and restocking! But just as with the regular Shop Wizard, the SSW cannot be used during a Faerie Quest.
Unfortunately, the SSW is only available to Premium Neopets users who pay for this service through monthly or yearly subscriptions. To get Premium service, a player can either be referred by someone who has it or by filling out the form at http://premium.neopets.com with a valid credit card. Premium users must be over 18 or have a parent's permission to subscribe to the service.

Q: What made you interested in Neopets?
A: Well I originally started playing when I noticed some college friends were playing on the site. I thought it had some neat games so I opened my first account Nov. 2002 mandi_cherri. I did stop playing for a little bit but forgot my pw and had to start over on this account.
Q: As Lead Designer, what does your job entail?
A: Well I am not as active as I once was or would like to be. So currently it has mainly been updating the PMCs Home Page. I am working on updating the PMC Graphics Team page and getting that running again. Once that is complete I hope to have some volunteers start working on PMC-member made graphics for guild members to use such as userlookups, petpages, etc.
Q:What is your favorite thing to do on site?
A:After I complete my dailies, I often find myself lurking on the message boards listening to rants/raves and other silly noob material. Also like to hang out on the Help/Quests Boards and help members with stuff. Lately I've been searching/collecting items to update my gallery with as well. I've been really meaning to put some more work into that. Also hoping to update my NeoHome in the future. Not been in there in quite a while and sure the Neopets have left a mess lol.
Q: What is your favorite avatar and pet?
A: My ultimate fav avvie would be TCG-Wizard. However I do not have it and its retired. So I guess its out of the question My fav that I do possess would be Cybunny-Plush. Its soo cute. To go along with that my dream pet would either be a UC Plushie Cybunny or UC Halloween Uni. But my fav. pet that I do have is FlamingWildFire my labbie

A: Well for those who don't know, I'm an overachieving workaholic. I work 5 days a week at a Cabin Rental Resort then my other 2 days I work at the Sheriffs Office as a Detention Officer/Telecommunicator. (Hopefully I'll be getting a full-time position there soon *crosses fingers!!) I definitely meet interesting people at both jobs lol. Then my down time I am playing Neopets, FB, or on my new Kindle Fire!! Yay!!

Habitarium Tips - Article written by Vansita
Welcome back to the habi weekly section. This week, now that we know the basics, it's time to look in to something other than how to advance your habi with time management.
Habitarium takes a considerable chunk of time if done wrong. The habitarium is a new feature to neopets, so we're all in a new frontier. The maximum level will change eventually, but for now, the maximum level you can get to is level 50. Also, each nester, soldier, and worker has a maximum life expectancy of 7 days. That means that every week you should also know that to be a wise and ready person, you should gauge how long it takes you to replenish your population, and make sure you can produce maybe three to four times your population, especially when you know less about the time you'll have to take care of it.
If you go to school, remember the best way to maintain them, when they're alive is to place them in houses, and change them until all are free, and have enough time to do your other stuff, and then put them out to their resources, and when you get back, do the same thing. If you have a laptop, you might not want to leave your laptop on all day, due to overheating. But, no matter what, try to get on your habi 4 times in a day.
Also, if the pets expire randomly, say, in the houses, don't bother replenishing them, look at the board for if theirs a glitch, and wait until it's fixed, it's not worth your extra time, unless you have a lot, to fight for your p3's.
