2. After reading the response, I replied: (Notice that I used my username instead of my real name but she can still see my full name once the email is in her inbox.)

3. 2 days later, she sent me a response, telling me the offending message.

5. Very quickly, she sent me this reply and I knew that I had hit a dead end so I didn't bother to argue back.
