You have to have a kougra. He or she doesn't need to be painted. :) (Don't abandon her/him. Unless you're transferring.)
It is preferred that you have a nickname you would prefer to be called.
Please do not use chatspeak. Smilies are completely okay. =D (I'm a smilie addict. x3)
It's nice if you roleplay. (NOT REQUIRED)
It's nice if you have over 25 avatars. They don't have to be extremely rare.
Be nice! This means no spamming with chain letters and the like.
No beggers. You can ask for donations, I mean. Just don't go 'ong ly PLZ don8 2 meeeee?1/1?' That's hard to read, and extremely annoying.
NO SIDE ACCOUNTS. Join on your main account, and if you leave, don't try to rejoin on your main account.

If you want to join, just mail me and send a small paragraph about you. Please don't block, report, or be rude to me if I choose not to pick you. But I probably will pick you. :)
