Introduction (4/5): Your introduction is good and says everything one would wonder about your site (what it is, when it started, your name, etc.) but I do not believe it is absolutely necessary to split it up into two paragraphs. An introduction should just be a throw down blurb and not a compilation of two sentences and then another phrase. I also don't suggest having this sentence, "(This site theme is currently Avenged Sevenfold.)", in parentheses, it is important enough for it to a regular sentence. Parentheses make a sentence seem like an afterthought.
Layout (18/20): The layout is good. Vibe creates very good layout and skeletons (if you used one). Each type of graphic has its own section so there is not one long scrolling page. There really is not anything wrong with the layout other than that it is a little bland. Something else could be done with the background. For example, having one image in the background and have it anchored and then having a pattern or textured banner. Sort of reverse from what you have now-just experiment with your layout more.
Spelling and Grammar (4/5):a graphics site ran"—a graphics site run
you could say "a graphics site ran by me, Taylor." or "a graphics site run by Taylor.
Content (19/25): it's good that you put a disclaimer for your animated section- if you did not make something then you cannot put it up saying that you did. blahdablah stuff everyone knows don't steal and all that.
All of your graphics look really basic. They just seem to look like a picture with text and some shadow added to it. Make sure the pictures that you are getting in the first place are high quality and aren't shrunken and fuzzy and really low quality. Really experiment a lot with graphic editing and don't be afraid to look at a tutorial and get some ideas. Your graphics all look the same because you do the same type of editing on them- change things up- the more you experiment with different effects and by even adding textures, your graphics will improve. But just make sure not to overdo it when adding masks and textures- too much is, for the most part, a bad thing. And make more than one banner for each band or person. Set some time aside or even have an event at your site where you make only a specific band/person graphic. You can get other people to enter and vote on their favorite graphics. The lyric and quote graphics, to be blunt, are not that great. I can't really read what any of them are supposed to say. Stick to a few sure fire and good fonts for when you make graphics also.
stick to pixel fonts on your buttons! silkscreen is a perfect button making font. If you use regular text fonts the button gets swallowed by text and even when you try and make the font small it's difficult to read it. Pixel fonts are meant to be used for small graphics like that. The button you made for foomanshu and real life randoms are excellent self examples on what all of your buttons should look like. With your graphics try adding different layer masks, gradients, scan lines, or textures on your buttons. but do not overdo them, especially scan lines.
Organization/Navigation (8/10): Organization is good- everything is where it should be. Because each different page is a different petpage it does take a bit longer for the pages to load, instead of it being an anchored/hidden type page, like mine and many others sites. The navigation should be bolder. You should change the color of it or put it in a box or underline it. However a big mistake is making the hover of your text white so it's completely invisible. Make it at least a shade lighter than the current color or a contrasting color that goes with the color theme.
Presentation (3/5): How the graphics are in scrolling boxes is not very pleasing. I would only put graphics in scrolling boxes is if you had more than one graphics for each band. Most bands and people you only have one icon, blend or banner for them. I would suggest just moving them out of a scrolling box and organizing them neatly on the page- or get more graphics. If you decide to keep the scroll boxes I would make them wider because it scrunches up the graphics and makes them look low quality. You have enough width space on your page to add at least 20pxs to the left and right side of the text box.
Sitely Section (7/10): You have a rather large amount of link back buttons. Usually 6 is enough variety for the people. Some are a little bit low- quality with the image, font and animation. I highly suggest getting rid of buttons |from left to right, top to bottom| 3,5,9,11,12. If you choose to get rid of those then go to a high quality button site and request at least two and you should be set. All your affiliates are solid, but I suggest for the ones that have a lower quality button I would check back in at that site and see if they got a newer, better looking one. I will not visit a site that has a poorly made button- it shows lack of experience. All listers seem to be in check except for Zioned Directory which looks like no longer has a page up- remove. Going back to the affiliates, it is nice to have a lot but you should also make sure that they are of equal or higher quality to your site. I would get rid of two or three of the most low quality sites as affiliates.
Wow factor (10/10): Your site is very specific for your genre. It is specifically a band graphic site. I guess it's interesting, I mean they have specifically anime/manga sites so….. why not.
