The Many Looks of Mel

I am Mel. Or Karma. Or Kia.

I attended Fashion Design school for a bit, before I quit, and decided to pursue art.

I work at customer service in an eletronics shop. I know
a lot about video games. I have a Wii, DS, PS3 and
a bunch of older systems.

I like moths and tattoos.

I love working with pencils.

I'm also a flake.

Very flaky.

I don't really DO internet friendships anymore. I have really good friends that
I probably won't ever lose. I'm pretty bad at making new ones.

So conversing with me is not a promising aspect.

RULES

1. Poetry, Traditional Art and CG Art are what I do.
Trad is easier for me, so I'll probably do trad sketches.

2. Be patient. I have work, and an awesome
funtabulous life full of parties, shopping, and overall good times.

3. I'm lazy. Not so much a rule as a warning.

4. REMIND ME. NAG ME. Or else your stuff might
not get done. Just a warning.

5. I like trades.

6. Just say "Thank You. Please. I need validation.
It's probably quite petty, but I don't have
the greatest sense of self-worth. Thanks goes a long way.

7. I reserve the right to refuse. I don't like
doing requests for overly complicated pets. I also
don't like doing requests for complicated pets that
you're applying for, I don't want to waste my time, you
know? x.x If you want a request done for a pet you're
applying for, that's fine, but it will be generic-only.

Use your own image hosting, or there WILL be consequences.
Save the image yourself, and upload it yourself.
I am sick of having my photobucket bandwidth leeched.

    Unfaltering gazes, widening spaces.
    Without hesitation, regret, or remorse
    Attacks and counters, a constant cycle.
    Each life takes a new course.
    No conditional winner in this field.
    For a restless war in a restless mind,
    A youth's life to wield.
    As he balances on a blade of decision.
    He's fit to excel, master, and live
    With an amiable disposition.
    He just needs to grasp which way to go.
    To know which route is a fleeting fancy.
    Which would help him grow?
    His skill shall surpass all in his life
    The raw ability lies in his heart.
    He would overcome all his strife
    As soon as the inner wars depart.
    All he can do is amble along the blade
    Striving for impossible balance and perfection,
    Waiting for someone to give him a hand,
    And guide him to the right direction.
