Tick, tick, tick. You hear an odd sound ringing in your ears as you enter the abandoned house. The house is covered in spider webs and dust. It looks like no one has ventured in here for years. A desk sits at the edge of the room, covered in gears and other junk. Taped to the walls are blueprints for some sort of handheld design. A gust of wind blows one of the papers into your hands as you stumble backwards. You study the blueprint, finally realizing what it's supposed to be: it's a design for an old, out-of-date pocket watch. You take a step forward into the forgotten house, and hear a CRUNCH! beneath your foot. The ticking stops. You lift your foot to see a rusted old pocket watch lying in pieces beneath you.
