Hello, and welcome to my site, guest.
As you probably can see, my name is Piper_halliwell38 - though I'm more known as just Piper to my friends and family. Though Yaiina most often sticks with "annoying pest"..

You may wonder where I came from, and how I got to have this look. And so I'll tell you.
I was originally painted Baby, because I startled Boochi by accident. And my currents looks are due to accidents, too. You see, after my mom had bought a Darigan Paint Brush for Yaiina, she clicked on the wrong button and painted me instead... So, unless it's been fixed, beware. The Rainbow Pool doesn't ask for confirmation.

Anyway, my page is about games and such. I won't give out any walkthroughs, as that will take the fun out of the game, but I'll provide you with hints, tips and even a few funny codes.
You can see the game-picture for the game, along with my highscore, the genre of the game and what skills the games would mostly require, along with my opinion about the amount of fun it is.
I'm still working on this, so if you have a game that I don't have anything for - but that you'd like to see something about (or if you have a guide that you'd like to see put up here) - feel free to drop my mom a Neomail!

200 Meter Peanut Dash

My highscore: 910
Genre: Racing, platforming
Skills: Timing, quick fingers
Fun: 6

You're an adorable puppyblew, and your silly Elephante has just blown a peanut out of its trunk. Only YOU can catch it before it lands on the ground!
Start the game by tapping the left- and rightarrows on your keyboard to fill up the energybar. To make it easier, tap both buttons at once.. Once the bar is filled, launch the peanut.
And They're off!
Now you are the puppyblew, and you have to jump over the logs to avoid tripping abd risk missing the peanut.
Use left and right arrows to position yourself under the shadow of the flying peanut. Then, tap left and right a few times to get a high jump. Once you reach a log, press up and you should have tapped left and right enough times to make a double-jump.
Once you land again, continue tapping left and right to prepare for the next jump. Try getting as complicated a jump as possible when you catch the peanut in order to get extra points.

Advert Attack

My highscore: 355
Genre: Racing, precise clicking
Skills: Good mouse, Quick hands, patience
Fun: 3/10

One of those games that at first sight appears to be easy and simple, but in truth is one of the most frustrating games Neopets have ever created. Clicking on a small button saying "GO!" to move your spaceship slightly forward is a fun idea, but, as you progress through the levels, it becomes more and more difficult as your opponent not only gets faster, but you have more and more small pop-up windows appearing.
Point of these pop-up windows are that you have to close them or move them entirely to get to click on the GO! button hidden underneath - and often you have to move the window to find the button to close it with.
Not a game I'd recommend to people with low patience.

Attack of the Marblemen

My highscore: 157 points
Genre: Strategy/Timing
Skills: Timing, quick relexes, overview.
Fun: 3/10

This game is quite difficult, and requires quick reflexes. The goal is to guide the marbles into their respective boxes of the same colour, by using the triangles in the background to guide them.
However, it is not an easy task, especially on the higher levels as there is not only obstacles you have to get around, but also marbles of other colours that, again, have to go into the box with their colour.
I would not recommend you attempt to get the coin, unless you can see that you easily can get it, or are very skilled at Marblemen.
It is, like with Hannah and the Pirate Caves, a good idea to take your time and try the game through a few times.
Don't forget that the pattern in the background variates! Use this to your benefit, and try to plan the path of your marblemen ahead. If you can, get them to walk back and forth between two walls in a safe area while you plan the level out - just make sure you can get them to their respective boxes before time runs out.

Bumper Cars

My highscore: 586 points
Genre: Driving, smashing things
Skills: Fast reflexes
Fun: 7/10

Though it appears to be one of the oldest games, it is among the most fun ones. And is one of the few you can play against a friend or three on the same computer.
Basically, you drive a car. And you hit the other cars so they break.
There are several bonuses you can pick up during the game - notice that your opponents can pick them up as well, though. One is an Engine - this will enhance your speed for a while. Another is a Wrench - which will repair some of the damage on your car; GET THEM AS SOON AS YOU CAN!. And a third one is a can of oil - this makes it very difficult to control your car, and will often send you into a spin; AVOID! (but knock your opponents into them instead)
Remember that you can do additional damage to the other cars without damaging your own by knocking them into a wall. However, you take damage by slamming into broken cars as well, so once a car is broken, make sure you avoid it.
Every time you hit someone, you only take minor damage, but if someone hits you, you take a lot of damage. Generally, try to make sure your front hits the other car's side. This does the most amount of damage.
Also, as the game progresses and you take more and more damage, your car will become more difficult to control. If your left side is a wreck, you will have difficulty turning left, ect.
Generally, drive as rotten as you can, and don't be afraid to make sudden turns.

Carnival of Terror

My highscore: 250 points
Genre: Shooting
Skills: Quick relexes, patience, overview.
Fun: 4/10

The most important thing in this game is that you have a good, fully functional mouse, and a wrist that does not get sore easily.
The goal in the game is to hit as many Chia Clowns as possible - before time runs out - and to avoid getting hit by the pies they throw at you.
This, however, is easier said than done. The Chia Clowns (from now on referred to as CC) can appear in large numbers, and you only have a few precious seconds to blow up a pie before it hits you - something that is difficult as you also have to keep your eyes on the sky for the extra time, ammo and health that drops from the clouds every now and then.
Also, remember that you can blow up the different parts of the CC - before blowing up the CC itself. Normally, aim for the legs first. This slows down the CC, and enables you to aim more carefully. Next, take out the arm, and then the head, before you have out the CC completely.
Should a CC fall from the, take out its umbrella as fast as possible.
Never forget that it is more important that you get the extra ammo, health and time than it is to hit the CCs!! If you run out of either of the three things, then the game is over, while several CCs can pass without any damage happening. Just keep an eye on the pies that they throw at you - those are your primary target.

Chemistry for Beginners

My highscore: 637 points
Genre: Puzzle
Skills: Luck
Fun: 4/10

Your goal is to place the different molecules on the board to make connections - each connection will remove the molecules that are part of it as well as give you points.
Keep in mind that you only have a certain number of available molecules. If you run out of molecules, you die.
Try and make as large connections as possible to earn as many points as you can. Also, clearing the board completely in the later levels will earn you additional points.

Code Breakers

My highscore: 1200
Genre: Guessing
Skills: Abstract thinking, luck, patience
Fun: 5/10

A game that exist in many forms, you have to guess what combination of rocks the alien intelligence has formed. A good idea is to start out with one colour only, and from there deduce what different colours and how many rocks of each that are correct.
Even though there's a timer on it, don't panic. This is just to calculate how many points you get - but you don't lose the game if you take too long.

Defender Trainer

My highscore: 289 Points
Genre: Shooting/recognition
Skills: Quick thinking, fast reflexes.
Fun: 7/10

This game is simple: You get a small question and then have a number of pictures to choose between depending on what difficulty you have chosen to play the game on (4 for Easy, 6 for Medium, 9 for Hard). There are luckily only relatively few different items to choose between - compared to the many thousand items that roam the Neopian shops.
Try to keep your cursor in the middle of the screen. This makes it possible to move to your guess as fast as possible, and will thusly earn you more points.
Notice that there are certain changes in the apperances of the pictures - sometimes they can be very small, turned upside-down, silhouetted, or (what I find to be the worst one) will randomly change places.
The most difficult round I have reached so far is where you have to choose the pet/thing/petpet with the longest name or shortest name. If you have a long name, keep in mind that if a Cornupepper, Tuskaninny, Snowbunny or Meowclops are available as an image, they are almost always a certain winner. Likewise, with the shortest name, a Koi, Kau, Negg or Tonu will almost always be the correct.

Dubloon Disaster

My highscore: 316
Genre: Tag-like game
Skills: Precision, quick reflexes, luck
Fun: 7

Taking control of Dorak the Krawk, your goal is to sail around a sunken ship and pick up as many dubloon as possible while avoiding the homing mines that also float around.
You use the four arrowkeys for control - up and down accelerates your boat or puts it into reverse while left and right directs which direction you go.
You will mostly find two- and five dubloons, but, if lucky, you might even find the rare 200 dubloon.
There are many obstacles in this game; you cannot go beyond the border of the screen, but nothing happens if you touch it. At worst, your speed may be reduced if you are travelling slightly against it.
The only thing that you have to be mindful of are the mines. A new one appears each time you capture a dubloon - though there is a limit of 8 (number not yet confirmed) mines at the screen at the same time. Once you have this many mines visible, no more will appear until one explodes.
A mine will explode when it touches another object apart from the coins. That means either you, or another mine. So, all depending on if you're going for a highscore, or just some easy points, there are two strategies.
If you just want to make a few neopoints, and want the quick strategy, remember that there cannot be more than 9 mines at the screen at once - even if you capture more dubloons. Therefore, lure all the mines into the centre of the screen and simply sail around them, collecting the dubloons as they appear.
If you want to make more than just a few points, or want a highscore, you'll need more patience. The best strategy here is to get two mines on the screen, and then lure both towards you until they are on the same side as you. There, you just make sure that both mines are heading towards you with about the same speed, and they will connect and ignite - blowing up each other.

Hannah And The Pirate Caves

My highscore: 374,170 points
Genre: Platform
Skills: Timing, patience.
Fun: 7/10

The first, most important thing, is to play the levels through again and again. Many of the levels are tricky, and may require for you to memorize them.
A second good thing is to pay special attention to the map you are given at the start. It can often provide a vital clue as to where you should head.
Thirdly, take your time on the levels that doesn't have a rising tide. It's more important that you search through the level and find out if there is anything you have to be careful about. If you have to move a rock before launching an arrow, or something like that.

Don't be afraid to re-start the level. You can often get into a situation where you'll get stuck, because you have missed something vital in a previous part of the level.

To get extra points (which will greatly increase your chance to get on the Highscore Board), find the Gems hidden around the levels. Often, you have to find a hidden passage - which will look like a regular wall, but which will let you pass through. Therefore, keep ramming your head against all walls you can safely reach (and even some that are tricky) to find the gem. Many walls are revealed by having a small amount of dots in them - this appears most clearly in the levels with green walls. You will know what I mean when you see them.

Notice, however, that there's a glitch in some of the levels which makes it impossible to get to the gem.

Math's Nightmare

My highscore: 310
Genre: Calculating
Skills: Quick thinking, mathmatical abilities/friends with calculators, quick typing
Fun: 4/10

A poor, white aisha has now for years been having nightmares about her mathexam (which only confirms that they soon should start the Neoschools, and help her get past her fears of exams..). It is up to you to help her by solving the math problems that appear under each Babaa.
This game is, to put it mildly, mind-numbing. The Babaas fall with quite a lot of speed, which makes it impossble to use a calculator - your best bet if you are not good at calculating in your head is to have two or more people by your side with pocket calculators...
I can only wish you good luck on this one.

Skies Over Meridell

My highscore: 265 points
Genre: Shooting/Flying
Skills: Luck, patience, good aim.
Fun: 8/10

A relatively easy, and fun, game. However, it is clear that many have trouble getting their plane off the ground at all.
The first thing you have to think is that the Right and Left-buttons you use to control the plane with, actually directs the movement of the plane's nose. So, Right is up and Left is down.
In order to take off, simply press and hold the Right-button. This should - once your plane has gained enough speed - move you over the barn. Press M to fire your gun. And then it is simply a matter of hitting that damned opponent of yours and avoid getting hit in the process.
Don't forget to blow up all the Kiko-balloons you can and grab the bonusses they give. Just watch out for the dropping basket!! (Once you've gotten more experience, you can try and blow the balloon when your opponent is just below the basket - it can sometimes destroy them)
A good strategy is to stay behind the opponent - as both planes only can shoot straight ahead, this keeps you out of the enemy's range. Else, don't be afraid to make a few loops to loose them.
Don't forget that there is no barrier to the left and right side of the screen. If you exit to either side, then you will simply appear in the opposite one. Also, if you fire while being close to one of the sides, your bullets will appear out of the opposite one. Use this to your advantage!!
Be careful - as you progress through the levels, the layer of clouds grows thicker and thicker, meaning that you often have to predict where your opponent is.

Sutek's Tomb

My highscore: 15,930 Points
Genre: Puzzle
Skills: Quick relexes, overview, abstract thinking.
Fun: 6/10

This game requires both a fast hand and a quick eye. You must line up three or more similar symbols in order to remove them - causing the symbols above to drop down. Don't forget that the symbols drop in straight lines.
It is somewhat easy to get a high score (and an avatar) if a few simple things are remembered.
First of all: Be somewhere peaceful. If you constantly are distracted, you will be sure to lose the game at an early stage.
Secondly, use the Pause-button to your advantage. If you are getting slightly tired, click on the Hourglass, and the game will pause (though you will not be able to see the pieces).
Thirdly, and most important, plan ahead. See where the different symbols fit, and try to get them to align as they drop - without you having to move them into position. You may use a little more time on this, but believe me, when the combos start rolling, you'll get that time back.
When you get a strange symbol - an Ankh (like a cross with a loop in the end) or a Scarab, get it to the bottom of the rows. The Scarab will wipe out all blocks horisontally, and the Ankh will wipe out both the row it's in, as well as the bottom row. Good for cleaning out those stuck-areas in the bottom. If you should get the head of Mr. Wierdo, then it will clear the ENTIRE board. (credit to lady1964 for the information about the Ankh and Face)
Fourthly, try to move pieces as close to the bottom as possible. The lower you keep them, the greater a chance you have of keeping the game going without ending up with no possible moves. Though you now get a reshuffle, it is slightly confusing, as the pieces will be placed at completely other places.
Notice that if you get a reshuffle, you will loose all Ankh or Scarabs on the screen!
Otherwise, I can only say: Good Luck!!

Ultimate Bullseye

My highscore: 95 points
Genre: Shooting
Skills: Precision, timing, good aim.
Fun: 6/10

The most important thing here to remember is that you can use ALL the time you want to on aiming.
The second-most important thing is to save your bonus's until the last shot - especially the ones that enlargens the center-circle. This increases your chances of getting another bullseye - and thusly gives you another shot.
Also, you can combine the bonusses - a Enlargen Bullseye and a Close Target makes an easy hit.
I personally prefer to fire the arrow when the powerbar reaches the fourth line. This makes the arrow not fly too sharply off, and I can hit the board even if it is in the opposite end of the field.

Warf Rescue Team

My highscore: 723 points
Genre: Shooting/Precision
Skills: Timing, precision, patience.
Fun: 5/10

This game is one I know is disliked by many people, as it is difficult. However, with a few hints, it is actually one of the easiest games on Neopets - if you have the patience.
The game is pretty much the same the whole way through. You launch Warfs to stack on top of each other, and try to save the Kadoaties.
How to do this, however, is something completely different.

The basics are quite easy. You keep an eye on the little bar at the bottom of the screen. That tells where the Warf will land. Secondly, you keep and eye on the power you use. The longer you hold the mousebutton, the more power you will launch your Warf with.
Be careful, though!! Hold the button too long, and your power will drop, causing your Warf to fly a shorter distance, and therefore may cause it to miss the stack!!
Take your time. It's better that you fire the Warf so that it doesn't miss, than to fire rapidly, and die quickly.
Don't forget that you earn more time by saving Kadoaties. Therefore, try going for saving as many Kadoaties in a row as you possibly can - that way you can end up with having an extra five minutes, and that means that you have time to stack a LOT of Warfs.
Also, it IS possible to get some one end of the screen to the other with a few Warfs. The stack rocks slightly back and forth, and if you time your shot, you can tilt the Warfs a lot without missing the stack.
However, don't rush. If you miss a Kadoatie, then so be it. It's better than to panic and miss the stack with the next three Warfs. Just make sure you get the next one.

Web of Vernax

My highscore: 1926
Genre: Trapping
Skills: Timing, precision
Fun: 7

The game is quite simple. You play a hungry Spyder, and your goal is to trap as many of the yummy little Vernax that travel around you can before you run out of time. Only problem is that if a Vernax touches your web before it hardens, you lose a life. And as if that was not enough already, Mutant Red Spyders will appear in later stages, and these will eat your web whenever they can.
This is not an extremely difficult game, but it is easy to lose focus for a few seconds - and then you're done for.
In order to make a web, you click within the Vernax's walking area and move your cursor - holding down the button - until an arrow appears. Releasing the button will fire your Spyder, trailing a red string of non-hardened web behind it. The Spyder will only stop once it hits another web or a wall. Again, notice that as long as the web is red, you are vulnurable to the touch of a Vernax.
However, you don't have to START from another web or the wall, but can start your web a few steps from a wall and thusly slowly trapping the Vernax. This both decreases your risk of being hit by Vernax, and can in later levels be used for killing the Red Spyders. Also, it will be very useful in later levels as well, where you can have around eight Vernax in the same area.
Once in a while, a tiny non-moving spider with red eyes will appear on screen. Grab this in a hurry - ten mini-spyders will result in another life. Just make sure that you don't get hit by a Vernax while rushing for the mini-spyder.
Notice that a Vernax is only trapped if all four corners of the web surrounding it are aligned. Keeping this in mind, you can trap the Vernax in the closest possible area - and earn quite a lot of points.
Once you reach the levels with the Red Spyders, don't panic. Touching these Spyders will not harm you - but they are quite annoying as they devour your web by walking down one and making it disappear behind them in the process. This, however, is also your weapon against them. A Red Spyder will always go straight ahead and then turn down any available web at the end. However, if the web ends in a dead end, the Red Spyder will perish and die - thusly disappearing from the game.
The same happens to any Vernax that touches your web while it is red - you lose a life, and the vernax will disappear from the screen. This means that getting hit by a Vernax will not only cost you a life, but it will also mean that the amount of points you can gain from a level will be reduced.

Whack-a-Kass

My highscore: 1114 Points
Genre: Timing, far-shooting
Skills: Quick relexes, timing, patience.
Fun: 8/10

This is quite a fun game to vent out your frustrations towards General Kass for having blown up most of Meridell, or just a small game to kill time while you wait for the shops to restock, or for the Poogle Races to begin anew.
The controls are simple: Pressing the spacebar or left mousebutton once launches the Kass. Pressing the key again makes the Blumaroo swing the bread/stick/bat to hit.
In order to make a somewhat decent income from this game, you must first of all rise to the top class (where you can get the usage of a bat). Follow the guide given for the two first stages (bread and stick) to whack the Kass far enough to reach the hardest level.
To get Kass this far, you must hit it as early as possible - but soon enough that you don't miss the Kass. The second where his beak touches the brown hill in the background (not the mountain) will most often work.
I have already informed you of how to hit the Kass, so I will not repeat that. However, when you hold down the spacebar or mousebutton, Kass' wings will be folded in, and he will be able to rise further into the air. Once he reaches the top of the arch, release the button so his wings unfolds and puts him into a glide.
At the moment Kass hits the ground (go for the sound), repeat the process. With some luck, you can get from three to five bounces - and this will bring the Kass much further.
And, most important. Make sure that the windspeed is always at 9 m/s.
