This adoption agency is officially closed. I'm still zapping pets, but instead of going through the whole application thing I just drop the zapped pets off to pound and give someone a chance to get lucky. ;)

Nevertheless, here is a sort of memorial to Snowy's Adoption Agency. As you can see, even in transfers before the new transfer system... I never lost a single pet in pound.
