First Impression 15/20- When I first entered The Guide, I was fairly impressed. The layout was simple, and the colours were soothing. As I looked at your home page, I felt un-welcomed and lost. Instead of saying in your headerWelcome to The Guide, change it to ' Welcome, # VISITOR. That will display the user's name. Also, when I looked under your header, I was a tad disappointed in your introduction. First, you didn't need the blurb 'What Is This?', because this should have been combined with your introduction. In addition, an introduction should have your name in it, which you have failed to add. So, your welcoming paragraph should sound a little like this;

Hello, meachoree! Welcome to The Guide, a site run by Érica! Here, I offer you helpful information on the Neopain World which involves cheats, tips, tricks, and useful information!

That's the base of a welcoming paragraph.

Besides these matters, I might have stayed if I were a regular guest.

Layout 9/15- To be honest, your layout was a humdrum to me. The colours were tasteless. There were two shades of orange, and all different kinds of shades of grey. The links or bolds didn't stand out too me, and every thing could have used more... flair. There were also no images of Neopets to look at either. I think a new layout could work for you. But if you really wanted to keep this current layout, I suggest getting a whole new colour scheme. The Lunch Box has beautiful colour schemes you can use. Other than the colours, everything was fine. The navigation was clean, but I did think it would look better if the links were bigger, and they were 'box' links (like the navigation style Artificial Love has).
And one more comment about the layout; the content box was too small! It made you content look squished!
