hullo there~
i am burrito, and as you can probably tell by the title of my board, i am looking to make.
now.
before i start rambling on about myself and what i am looking for in an owner, i will start by specifing the themes that i will consider creating. these are;
- avatar (150+ requirement preferred)
- account improvement
- goal- oriented
- medieval fantasy roleplay

mostly, i am looking to make one of the top two, though i will certainly make the others if enough people are interested in helping. ^^
well.
onto the part about owners~
if you decide to apply for an owner position, knowledge of graphics and/ or coding is a big plus, and if you have examples, well... that's even better. ;3
other than that, i just ask that you are active, literate and

have experience with running a guild. ^^
also, you are welcome to apply as a pre- joiner.

i've been on neo for about, oh... five or so years now, with a little hiatus thrown in there. i have led many guilds in the past, some more successful than others. the highest member count

in a guild that i have owned has been around fifty, and there have been several of my guilds that have reached the thirty mark before they began to decline. i try to be as active as possible, though sometimes as you probably well know, rl doesn't exactly allow me to spend hours upon hours here on neo. however, i usually log on at least once every day or so.
i can make /simple/ graphics

(i use ms paint, so... they're definitely nothing special), and am currently teaching myself to code. at the moment, i can make simple petpages, though guild layouts are still a mystery to me.
