Tales spun of night being a time of disaster, where the obscure creatures of the shade roam the lands and annihilate everything in their path. No one cares to look up in the hour of starlight, and gaze upon the millions of tiny wonders that flutter in the sky. The many animals that only come out at night, wondrous beasts they are.

The night is just a wonderful setting to be in; No one can understand its calm serenity akin to myself.

Every night, my sworn duty is to seek out and chart the celestial movements of the stars. It… is no simple task. One must know very well the constellations, be knowledgeable of the types of stars that appear in the sky. Even harder- find a good area to map the stars in, otherwise few can be seen. Luckily I live in a lofty castle- a castle that floats, mind you. I can easily spot stars near and far, just not at anytime in the day.
