Good morning. So who are you?
Hello, thank you for meeting with me. My name is Paarlei Alexander.
How long have you been modeling?
Not long at all, I only just started this past season.
What kind of modeling have you done in the past?
I've had a few photoshoots these last few months. My biggest and most successful was an advertisement for Shoyru Artist Shoes. Though I recently did a shoot for a Chocolate Blumaroo-inspired pajama set. And, if I may boast a bit, I do have an impressive collection of Beauty Contest trophies in my cabinet, both in species and overall, though I don't think I would really consider that true modeling.
What kind of modeling do you prefer?
I'm very flexible and like to try new things. I don't have much experience so I'm not familiar with most modeling types. I do like to feel... useful? Like I'm helping people, you know, and I think sometimes some of my features of being an eyrie -- broad wing span, wide beak, fur collar, lionine tail and such -- can be useful for modeling towards more avian or feline-like species. But of course, beggars can't be choosers. [Chuckles.] I'm up for anything.
Where do you picture yourself in the future?
Well, in the extremely long run of things, and this isn't very likely, but I'm... seventh, or eighth or so in line for my family's monarchy. Right now I'm Duke of Crossing, a small strip of land between Meridell and Brightvale. But, regardless of what happens, I see myself helping the people, in what ever way I can, whether it be through... I don't know, philanthropy, a tactical agenda, or modeling.
Does that future include modeling work for Olu?
Well, I would hope so. Olu is nothing short of a contemporary fashion icon. I would love to model for Olu.
Where do your strengths lie? And your weaknesses?
I think that I take direction well--from the photographer and art directors--and, like I said, I'm always open to new things. As for weaknesses, I may rely more on the photographer or designer than other models because... I'm not modeling for myself, I'm modeling for them--for you. I want to be doing what they, what you want. But I have a hard time knowing where that is if I'm not told what to do. Otherwise I'll try out what I think might be best for my looks.
Anything else before we're through here?
Nothing I can recall. Thanks again for taking the time to meet with me.
Thanks a lot for coming, we'll be in touch.
Thank you.
