Another layout coming. (Haven't found one I absolutely love yet.)

New layout. (Better, I think.)
2. Be specific. I would rather create something you wuld use on the first try then to re-do it over and over again. Sure, if you are not sure about something, I'll pick for you, but it makes my life easier having you pick.
3. Read the rules and ALL INSTUCTIONS. So yes, reading the rules is a rule because if you do not put 'A Game of Thrones' somewhere in your neomail, I will automatically delete it.
4. I don't know everything. I would say that I am advanced at coding, but I'm still learning new things about it all the time. If there is something that you want done but I do not have the knowledge of how to code that yet, it may take a while longer or I might not do it at all. I taught myself to code, anyways.
5. Tell me if you want anything different or there is some fault in the code. I will try my best to fix or help you understand what to do.
6. Keep the credit. Or at least have a link back to this page somewhere. If you see one of my layouts being used without a credit, please report it to me.
If you did not read the rules, put Winter is Coming somewhere in your neomail.
So now that I am done explaining myself, I will tell you how this is going to work out. When I am online_ I will have it indicated up front. I will ONLY accept requests when I am online_ but even then, I might not accept yours. Most likely, I will find potential clients by advertizing on the guild boards and that sort of thing. To find out more, read on in the instructions.
2. After I have told you that I am going to create a layout for you, neomail me the following form, which has more specifics and special things that you might want for your layout. If you are unsure about anything, say "your choice", "don't care", "none", or "what's that?"; something along those lines (make sure to read the faq before asking, though). Please title the neomail Layout Request.

3. I might neomail you back, asking for more specifics or to point out things, but other than that, you are to wait for your layout, which will be completed in the next couple of hours.
4. Saving your page. Some pages might not have the "Save Changes" button visable because of the new Neopets' filtering. It's a simple fix. Please guide your attention to the following guide and what to do in order to save your changes.
What are textboxes?
Do you see how this box scroll within the actual page? This is a text box. The navigation is also textbox, only a non-scrolling one. There can be multiple ways to place and organize textboxes. They can be within other textboxes and so-on-and-so-on.
What do you want my to do when it says 'Did you read the rules'?
I just want you to copy and paste the phrase that is provided by the rules and send it with your request.
Will you do multiple petpages for me?
Yes and no. I only do ONE layout AT A TIME. Do not send in multiple requests at the same time. I am willing to do more than one layout for you, but you have to send the next request in when I am available to make one.
Will you make me a guild layout?
No. I can make guild layouts, but I'm not making them for other people, sorry.
