Javit'i is a medium/large island which rests somewhat far below the equator in the eastern hemisphere, about the location of Australia. In Javit'i, temperature varies greatly, causing the appearance of the inhabitants to be anything but similar.

I D E N T I F I C A T I O N

Depending on the /main/ color of their fur, you can tell which region an inhabitant is from.

RED/ORANGE/YELLOW- Typically from the northern, warmer, more rural-like regions. (Voudrau, Avarmadi )

GREEN/LIGHTER BLUES/DARK BLUES/PURPLES/BLACKS OR BROWNS- Typically from the middle regions. Highest population due to cities. (Dezsoule (K), Itiki (R), Secur (Shared by Radical and Khal))

WHITES/PALE COLORS- Typically from the bottom, dangerous regions. Lowest population due to terrain and temperatures. Sometimes this area is used for keeping convicts and traitors. (Cadiay, Lequel)

MUTATIONS/ODD COLORS- Ones with extra features or odd rainbow markings. From the island on the lower eastern side, known as Fuiore which is closed down, and unaccessible from the outside. Some have been able to escape, but no one knows what the reason for their mutations are at this point.

Helen serves as a second in command due to her connection with North, but North never give's her any real control anyway, which caused Helen to lose all interest in the island and leave to go elsewhere.

B E F O R E C O N Q U E S T

Pre North's dictatorship, Javit'i was separate from Fuiore and each were owned by separate imperialist countries. The country that owned Javit'i soon became involved in a great war and due to the lack of people in Javit'i they eventually saw the island as useless. However, it didn't want to lose the land it already gained, so it established small governments in each region, by selling political positions to people who lived in their country. These new leaders moved to Javit'i and took control of the peoples lives. They were Alti [North], Ocilen [South] and the middle was divided into Radical [East] and Khal who controlled the west. These rulers were selfish for the most part and did not unite into one country, because then they'd either have to share power or possibly loose all their power, and that was something that was not worth risking especially with the high price that they paid to get that power. The only thing they did together was purchase the island of Fuiore in order to expand their overall territory. All four leaders were new to having complete control over an area, and therefore saw that it would be in their best interest not to make the people think they were horrible leaders. The north and middle regions decided to use a small population of birds who seemed to be left over from the ice age that inhabited the lower areas of Javit'i as a work force, to increase production and earn money. Ocilen, who ruled over this land, didn't take kindly to the use of his people, and as such almost went to war. This matter was settled privately before it go out of hand, by giving Ocilen a large sum of money, none of which went to the Laureli's, who suffered from all this.

N O R T H ' S R O L E

North was someone who grew up off the land she conquered. The island Fuiore was North's birthplace, which resides just off the coast of the eastern half of Javit'i & was originally owned by another country who took claim to it a while back. North eventually moved to the nearby island and wandered around, inspecting the people from all three regions. She made friends with leaders who pitied her and figured that she was an orphan, even though she wasn't. Eventually, North returned home and formed a rebel group who aimed for the freedom of Fuiore from the kingdom that owned it. Her odd ability to stretch out her body came in useful and with the help of the people, Fuiore was free. Lacking the economic strength to stand alone however, North and the leaders of the rebellion sat down to a conference with the leaders of Javit'is three main regions, the top, middle, and lower. (There are 2 representative leaders from the middle since it's so big.) Through these conferences they agreed to form a single country, aimed at having a higher status in the world. Since North owned the least amount of land, the small island of Fuiore, she had the lowest political power.
Disappointed with the power she gained, North often bribed others to get her way. The money she had available was limited however, and eventually she had no power to do so. A strike of luck soon came her way, when a gold mine was found to be rich in diamonds. Knowing Alti's craving for anything shiny, North sold her diamonds at ridiculously high prices, which soon resulted in her ability to trade for Alti's seat in the political ranks of Javit'i. The diamonds were harder to convince the other three representatives to give up their power, so instead she spent it on foreign materials and troops. Along with a friend from Fuiore's rebellion troops, she formed a massive army, one that overwhelmed the surprised leaders and North soon took total control over the government.

R E G U L A T I O N S

North's laws are based on creating a strict sense of security for North, creating money, and keeping relative peace within the country. North imposes some censorship, and regulates the economy. Everyone has a quota to meet, most of which goes to her, not the government. North does provide slightly more than enough food and money for the people. She organizes the workers into groups so they won't communicate with others and form a possible rebellion force. Due to the type of people she puts in each work group, they all agree with each other and are very close. The number of people in the work group is small enough to monitor and not big enough to do any damage, so she lets them cooperate. (Yay production!!) These groups are placed near other groups with total opposite ideals and views, making the people very partial to their own group. This way, they don't outsource for help due to their hatred. North has her own 'police force' that she trusts to enforce the laws, but they mostly hate her anyway if the people do get out of line, they tend to ignore it. The working life for the people is pretty bad, aside from working conditions, but their home life makes up for it. The only thing they really lack is political freedom and the ability to form their own businesses.

H E L E N ' S R O L E

Helen was officially elected as a second commander of Javit'I (Reglian) when North first took over, due to their past connections. Helen was traveling before and therefore didn't witness the violence North used during her take over, which therefore made her blind what really happened. She happily took the position, figuring she'd get some sort of control but North soon implemented stricter laws for the 'government' that was supposed to help her govern. Helen's orders for anything were ignored, her ideas were tossed aside, and because of this she eventually left due to frustration. Upon arriving in another country, gossip soon flowed about Javit'i, mainly its cruel past. Helen was in shock, and soon confronted North, who denied everything, and soon threw Helen out of her court, never bothering to take her rank away.

Basic Story// Remi is the leader of the Laureli [Singular: Lauryl], a bird type tribe located in the southern, and therefore coldest, region of Javit'i. (Mainly Lequel) This clan of a bird-like population has been used as a labor force in the beginning of North's reign. (They're fast and can survive harsh environments, suiting them for a wide range of missions.) Though the exploitation of this species has gone down drastically, the hate is still there between high status leaders and the Laureli tribe. The species hasn't received a place in government or any form of money compensation, making them very irritable and secluded from anyone other than their clan members. The majority of the Laureli awaits the day for it to seize the government and spread the traditional ideals it bases it's morals on.
