Welcome to the rules page.

Clothing Rules:

Please note that most people donating clothing do not usually have the relevant pet to transfer with. Please remember you need a pet of the correct colour to transfer clothing.

Also remember to include what item(s) you are requesting in the subject of your neomail to help the owner keep track of requests easier.

General Adoption Rules:

Firstly, please note that these are just general rules and may not apply to all pets. Fosters parents special requirements may overrides these rules, be sure to read them below.

Be Polite. We are not required to give up these pets and many pets have had lots of time and attention given to them to get them where they are, so be polite with the current and future owner. Also remember to use please and thank you.

Clothing, petpets, and battledome items are not guaranteed to go with the pet. Painted color clothing (that matches the pets color) usually is included and petpets often are as well but ask the foster to be sure.
NOTE: Petpets that have been zapped to soot can NOT be transfered and must be removed before transfer. TNT confirmed this is intentional and not a bug.
Neomail, petpage, or a mix of the two is fine, just be sure to mention you were not forced to make a petpage, should you choose to use that format. Some fosters may have specific requests for specific pets, be sure to read their special rules below before applying.

Side accounts are fine, just make sure it's an active side account (like, you go on enough so that your pets aren't hungry or unhappy - remember what we see is an indicator of how well you will treat our pet)

Most of the pets do NOT have specific deadlines when they go to an owner its first come first serve. If there is more than one interested party it is up to the foster to decide which they would prefer their pet to go to. Be sure to read the special requirements from foster parents to make sure there is no deadline for the pet you are applying for.

The only costs involved with the adoption agency is the actual cost to transfer the pet. It is against TNT's rules to do otherwise.

If you have plans to change, trade, or pound the pet let us know when you apply.

Use the neomail links on the adoption page to contact the owner. Be sure to include the title of "WTA (petname)" This will help us keep track of your application.

Some pets cannot be adopted by users under 4 months old, make sure your account is old enough for the pet you are wanting before applying.

In most cases it will be okay to work out a future date the pet will be adopted on. Make sure to be available to accept the transfer, if the transfer is not accepted you probably will not get another chance for that pet.

I know it seems like a lot of information but it is all basic information that should be easy to comply with. Be sure to read below for special requirements from foster parents.

Special Rules from Foster Parents (Current Owners):

Morgania1 believes in making things as painless as possible and if you want one of the pets she is offering... Ask and it is yours. She would like you to care for the pet and to not transfer it to another player but she realizes realistically once you get the pet it is yours to pamper or abuse as you will.

MUST have a trade available. Morgania is willing to wait till the new month for transfers to reset if pets need to be moved and transfers are used. However, if by the 7th of the new month you have not accepted, or have the transfer in progress, the pet will be put back up for adoption.

All the pets Morgania has for adoption are lab pets it is imperative that you contact her as soon as possible if you are interested in her pet so she can stop zapping that pet and zap another.

Catg929 Applications are not required unless specifically stated along with the pets information. Please follow all other rules as they are stated above.
