MSPaint takes too long. And I figured out how to make nice and easy adopts on Photoshop :3
Rules
.No stealing (I.E. taking an adoptables that isn't for you, saying they're your adoptables, etc).
.No entering in competitions of any sort (I.E. Beauty Contest, Art Gallery, Guild competitions, etc).
.No taking "tamer_naoki" off of them.
.Link back always (Can be either the image linking back or one of Noccy's buttons/banners).
.Must provide a reference image.
.Must be patient (I have a life outside the web, but if I'm taking like 2 weeks to do one then start pestering me, srsly).
.Do not edit in any way shape or form (If you need soemthing changed, just notify me and I'll get on it ASAP).
.No using outside of Neopets (unless your pet's page is offsite).
Notes
.I WILL do: Extra limbs, extra heads, extra tails, extra wings, clothing, etc. Basically, I do everything. If your draik is serpentine, then I'll make the adoptable look more serpentine. Wingless? I'll take out the wings. Etc..
.I'll also do scorchios, krawks, and shoyrus. I MAY also do hissis if the design is dragon-like enough.
.If you have adoptables of your own I expect a trade.
.DO NOT REQUEST PETS WITH A NON-CUSTOMIZED DESIGN (It's too boring).
.They are transparent.
