This means you may now apply to be added to the current queue but should not expect the lend immediately as both our peas are currently on extended stays - meaning there is
no time restriction for those lendees: each Pea Chia will stay where it is until the lendee has found a SuAP lender - so
please be patient. Thanks!

Pea Chia Lending Rules
Because Chef and Pyatzi, our lovely pea chias, are so precious, we have some pretty tough requirements to borrow one of them for your chance to add the SuAP avatar to your collection.
Our current lending requirements are as follows:

respectful, noobs need not apply.

Collateral Available for finding SuAP lend:
10 million nps This is not for us. We neither ask nor accept any collateral for Chef/Pyatzi. We just want applicants to state how much collateral they have saved for borrowing the SuAP, we want to know you actually have a chance of finding a SuAP lender.
Have both
receiving and
sending Safe Transfers open for the month of the lend.

Each application must be approved by myself and another council member for extra safety.sweep_the_doghouse has graciously agreed to be involved in the application reviews. The decision to approve an application must be
unanimous. When possible, we will give any rejected applicants some suggestions for improvement.
Please note: Borrowing one of our Pea Chias does NOT guarantee that you will get the SuAP avatar. You will still need to find a SuAP (Super Attack Pea) lender - our guild does not lend this item.
Process
If you are approved, you will be added to the queue list, and you should make sure that you will have plenty of time during the lending period to search the boards for a SuAP lender. Also, for the duration of the lend,
please keep the Pea Chia safely in the Neolodge and do not have Chef/Pyatzi as your active pet in case Boochi visits, etc. None of us want anything to happen to our Pea Chias, so let's keep them safe!
Approved guild members will be sent Chef or Pyatzi through
Safe Transfer only, and will be allowed to keep him/her for a minimum of
four weeks to allow a chance of finding a SuAP lender. S/he must be returned via
Safe Tranfer before the prearranged deadline and anyone who fails to return her on time will be denied any future lends.
If you successfully find a SuAP before the lending period is over, you should contact me,
isosyn immediately so I can see if the next person in the queue is able to recieve the Pea Chia right away to try to make the most of our Pea Chias' time.
If any applicant has a guaranteed pre-arranged SuAP lend, we will allow a "queue jump", where you will be allowed to borrow Chef or Pyatzi for a day inbetween lends from the normal queue. Sweep and I will require the SuAP lender to neomail us stating their intention to lend the SuAP, with the SuAP visible in either gallery or trades.
Any such lenders will be kept confidential and neither Sweep nor I will solicit the SuAP lender to lend to anyone.
Probation Period
If, for any reason, you do not manage to find a SuAP lender during the lending period, you will be added to a three month probation list to give others a chance to borrow them. After those three months you may re-apply and will be added to the current queue. Please note that the queue is likely to be a few months long on its own.
Also, if your application was rejected, you will be added to the same three month probation list to give you a chance to improve your application and gain our trust.
Rude Applications, Harrassment, and Begging
If we recieve an application which is rude, or receive multiple begging/harrassment notes, it is entirely likely that you will be denied any lends in the future, and possibly be put on guild probation or even removed/banned from the guild, because we want our guild to have only the best, most respectful members. Silly requests will just be ignored, but multiple silly requests or harrassment will not be tolerated. Neither Sweep nor I see this being an issue in our guild, but thought it wise to put this here anyway.
Please Note
Sweep and I both have every right to refuse your request for a lend. Borrowing Chef or Pyatzi is not a right. It is a privilege that can only be earned through trust. Do not feel offended if you are rejected, just work hard and try again after the probation period.
