Q: Is it possible to win?
A: Yes.

Q: Nu-uh! It's impossible to win because -insert explanation of how Tic Tac Toe works-
A: The best explanation yet can be found in the screenshot of the neomail sent to me which I have posted after this question. Considering that I coded this, I believe I am capable of inserting a computer error. It is difficult to win, but possible (and possible to stumble upon it without cheating with the source code!) Seriously. It's possible. I promise. If you're really that stuck, I'll tell you how.

Q: I still don't believe you and will mail you calling you a liar anyway.
A: It's not my fault you spend more time planning the mail than reading this. It actually is possible. I promise.

Q: Did you code this?
A: Yes.

Q: Why did you code this?
A: Extra fluff to add to a petpage application. It was relevant to his design. I wasn't chosen.

Q: How long did this take to code?
A: An entire day spent bedridden due to illness to plan and another to code. (Followed by many weeks of pondering what the issue with updating was)

A: The coding required for that is too long and image heavy for petpages to handle. Trust me, this was originally supposed to be started by the player.
