About UAC UAC (Uni's Are Cool) is a Uni Directory started September 4th, 2007. It was inspired by my wonderful uni, Vapor858 =]. UAC is a place for uni's to come together, and show off how cool they are ^^ We also have quite a bit of information for all you Uni fans. As of right now UAC is accepting uni's of all colors. Yes, that includes the four basic colors, Blue, Red, Green, and Yellow. It took a while to decide this, and I decided that all Unis, even ones that have yet to be painted, are still cool (: As of 12/9/07 there are 10,056,337 uni's in Neopia. This makes them the 5th most popular neopet ^________^ HEY YOU! I recently got some neomails from two people wanting to be added to the directory. Please note that these Uni's are NOT up for adoption unless otherwise stated by their owner. Want a Uni? Create To creat a Uni of you're very own, you need to go to the Creat A Pet page. When creating a pet, they are only available in the four basic colors, Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow. Note: You can only have four neopets at once! So if you have four pets already, you cannot creat your own Uni :( If you really want to create a Uni, you would have to put one of your existing pets into the Pound. Adopt If you don't want to create a Uni, another option is to adopt one from the Pound. The pound is currently down for maintenance, so adopting a Uni is not possible at this time :( Painted Uni's Uni's are currently available in 43 colors. To get turn your uni into one of these colors there are several options. Paintbrushes These are the paintbrushes currently available for unis.                                      The best place to get paintbrushes is usually the Trading Post, as they are usually to expensive to buy from shops (over 100,000 np). Paintbrushes can be gotten from Random events and the Fruit Machine as well, although it is very rare. Morphing Potions You can use these morphing potions on any pet, and it will turn them into that color uni.          I would only suggest using these if you had a different species of Neopet that you want to change into a Uni. If you already have a Uni, you should just use a paintbrush because it is much cheaper. They are usually several hundred np. The Fountain Faerie You can also get a Painted Uni by visiting the Fountain Faerie. However, you can only use her fountain if she asks you to do a faerie quest for her. This is very rare. Once you complete her question, you can use her Fountain to paint your neopet any color you want (:  Famous Uni's  The Kelp Waitress The waitress at the popular Kelp Restaurant in Maraqua.
