Stupid seatbelt, why won't you fasten?" The brunette demanded of the metal lumps in his hands, fruitlessly attempting to shove them together. Pouting, he flung the clasps back down to rest at his sides. He sighed noisily and looked over at his brother for help.
A small smirk spread across the blonde's face as he reached over and took hold of the metal clasps, and then clicked them together with ease.
You had that one upside down, Sora." He snorted a laugh as he pointed to the right clasp and shook his head.
Sora smiled sheepishly and scratched at the back of his head. "Oh, well I knew that! Anyways thanks, Rox.
Anytime, Sora. And I told you not to call me that." He reminded his brother with a small frown.
Sora stuck out his tongue to his twin and went back to talking with Riku. Turning back to looking out the window, Roxas slipped into thought for a few moments.
Okay so, this isn't too bad. In fact, I'm actually kind of glad Sora dragged me along on this trip with him and Riku to Destiny Island. I don't know why I was worried in the first place. Oh no wait, I remember now.
He slumped a little farther into his chair and his frown deepened.
I'm no good at meeting people.
A cry from the chair next to him brought his train of thought to screeching halt. Looking towards the sound over his shoulder he watched as Sora suddenly brought his hands to his ears and whined loudly, "My ears feel like they're gonna explode!
Sitting to the brunette's right, Riku looked down at Sora and scowled at his sudden outburst. But when Sora began to sniffle, his eyebrows instantly betrayed him and knitted together in worry.
It's because of the sudden drop in air pressure, Sora. You'll be fine after we land.
Riku slung an arm around the distressed brunette, pulling him a little closer to himself and holding him to his side. Sora's eyes went wide for a moment before he cautiously leaned into the silver haired man. Roxas rolled his eyes and tried to push away the jealous feeling that had come to rest in his stomach.
He didn't get to continue moping for long, a voice rang out overhead and everyone on the plane was alerted that they would be landing shortly. Roxas closed his eyes tightly and gripped the hand rest; this was his least favorite part. Sora, however, let out a small squeal of excitement and burrowed farther into Riku's side, causing the silver haired man to eye him with a strange look. Moments later the screeching of the landing tires could be heard as they pummeled down the airstrip and began to slow down.
When the plane had slowed to a full stop, Roxas released his grip on the hand rest and wiped the small amount of sweat, that had formed during landing, off his forehead. He unbuckled himself and stood up, a bit shaky, his stomach beginning to turn.
You ok there, Rox?" Sora turned back to ask him, concern in his cerulean eyes.
Yeah, just a little nauseous after that landing." He rubbed the back of his head and smiled a bit, giving a thumbs up.
Ok good, oh hey Riku wait up!" The brunette suddenly noticed Riku was almost off the plane and bounced ahead to catch up with his best friend.
Roxas thought that was quite a good idea and pulled himself together enough to dash off the plane after his brother.
Have a nice time in Destiny Island, thanks for flying with - OH!" A startled flight attendant yelled as a streak of blonde and checkers flew past her.
