: Choosing the Right Rock for You! :

Do you like pet Rocks?

Well I, Neparu_fire, certainly do! I am so devoted to Rocks, I made a petpage to show their awesomeness to the world! So the question is...what ARE Rocks?

Rocks are Tyrannian petpets that can be found here. Pacha often sells them for nice prices, so if you aren't interested in buying them from user shops, feel free to restock one!

Behaviour

Pet Rocks are a very interesting species of petpet. Originally discovered living near volcanoes and being extremely aggressive, they have since then become more docile but still retain their hot-tempered nature.
They are not a recommended petpet for younger neopets, and because they are fiercely territorial it is best not to own two pet rocks. To fight, they attempt to roll over one another and this can break furniture.

Feeding

Rocks are easily manageable when it comes to feeding. They are not picky and can eat any type of non-petpet rock, though studies have shown that they have a preference for granite and plain quartz.

WARNING: Do not give Rocks water! They are heavily allergic to water!

Playing

When it comes to games, Rocks are masters of 'Roll down a hill' and 'Staring contests'. They are extremely active and enjoy games of soccer, even though the PPL frowns upon their choice of position: the ball.

Rocks are very resilient and sportsmanlike, and therefore are perfect for pets who enjoy playing. However, do not forget to wear a helmet, shin pads and whatever other protection you need when playing with your rock.
