Why hello there. ^^ My name is Emma, and this is my first application for a neopet. I hope I did not make too many spelling or grammar mistakes, because I am french.
I will not hold you any longer with my blabbering. Let the application begin!

About me

First, you would like to know a bit about me, hm?
Well, I will turn 13 years old in a while, and live somewhere in France. I've lived a long time in the US before I moved, so this is the reason why I speak english.
I am addicted to neopets, reading, drawing, and hugging Llamas. (ignore that last one) But most of the time I come on neopets is usually to go chat with my guild members from the wonderful "fruit cup".
Many have said that I am quite a good artist. It's true that I have improved lately, but it is thanks to practice. I enter often in the beauty contest, and am quite proud of the 17 trophies I won. 11 gold, 3 Bronze, and 3 silver as well to be more precise. I will not deny the fact that I am quite known on the beauty contest boards, but that doesn't really interest anyone. ^^; The reason why I win gold most of the time is because I advertise my bum off everyday of the week. I have been entering for 1 year and a half now.
Just if you want to know more about me: I am quite a shy person in real life, but become completely crazy and insane on neo. Don't ask me why.
I have quite many side accounts. But the only one still alive is Emmathellama. The others are dead and here they are in case you want to see them: Bilt, Manivara, Mac_cheesy. There is another one... but I forgot its username. xP (in other words: I fail.) I have never recieved any warning nor have ever been suspended, by the way.

Why Zenzeiv?

Well, it is especially because I fell in love with his name. The most important thing about him is the name. Even if Zenzeiv was a basic color, I would adopt him. A name expresses everything for a neopet.
I've always admired Zafaras. I've always loved the design TNT gave them, and especially faerie ones.
I was planning to create a neopet once the pound opens so I could transfer Tronche on my side account. I thought looking on the FC before creating one, and my eyes were glued to Zenzeiv's name. I won't deny the fact that I also like his color. x3

My plans for Zenzeiv

Without hesitating: I'll enter him in the beauty contest! I already have a design for him ready right here. Of course, I count to enter him quite often and advertise as much as I could. I have never entered in Zafaras before, so it will also be an opportunity to test this category.
I have a Maraquan Quetzal in my SDB for him. They have the same colors, and I personally adore Quetzals. I'm sure it would make a perfect duo. ^^

But I might save for another petpet paintbrush and paint it another color.
I will try getting wearables for him, but since I do not have any Neocash, I cannot promise it. I do have billions of backgrounds which would suit him very well though.
Nevar EVER would I pound him. You can trust me on that. Nor repaint or lab him. (I don't even have the lab, heh.)
I would make him a petpage, and make Zafara adoptables. I am not amazing at html, but I will do my best if I get chosen.
Oh, and I also make comics with a friend called Zane. We got in the Neopian Times once! -pokes trophy- I am sure we could add Zenzeiv as a future character, and who knows, maybe he would be the main character of our future series!

Zenzeiv's story

Zenzeiv woke up. He yawned, and got up, excited of what was awaiting him. At first, the smell of winter he was used to did not reach his nose. Curious, he jumped off the branch where he was used to sleep, and landed on the ground. He glanced left and right, till his eye caught a flower. A beautiful flower which had grown in a night, at the top of a tree. Zenzeiv, his eyes still admiring it, thought it would be the flower of his Spring. He thought for a way to obtain it. He walked in circles, digging in his mind for an idea, till in his eyes seemed like appeared a little light: he had found an idea!

He shaked his wings and stepped back; he started to run towards the tree, and started to speed up. Before he had time to breath, he was floating in the air, a few feet from the ground. He felt like the happiest person in neopia. He practised flying for a few hours, but the excitement had gained him, and flyed towards places he had never discovered before. Alas, when night came, he did not recognize anything familier. He spun his head in each direction, but without any positive result. He was lost.

Confused and scared, he started crying for help. But no voice came back to him, and decided to try and find a spot to sleep. He swooped in the air, flyed in circles. He finally landed and felt the fresh grass his feet touched. He lied down, and fell asleep.

The sun rised, and came to touch his furry skin. The spot was warmer than where he used to live, and, with pleasure, woke up and sat down. He rubbed his eyes, and, at his big surprise, was right in front of a lake. He had never seen something similar to this, and walked cautiously towards the water. Before he had time to say anything, a creature jumped out of the liquide and fell back in. Zenzeiv almost had an heart attack. So creatures lived in this strange thing....

Curious, he dropped his paw in the water. He had never felt something similar to this. It was cold. He then dropped his other paw. Then is leg. And the other leg. And finally, his whole body was in the water. It felt nice. He then suddenly started drowning! Obviously, he never learned to swim. He started crying for help, but no one seemed to be near by. All of a sudden, he felt his body becoming lighter... and started floating...he floated towards the ground, and his body dropped on the grass like if he was exhausted. He glanced towards the water, and saw a Quetzal calmly looking back at him. It came near him, till it could touch his tail.
Hello" It said with a squeaky voice.
Hello..." Answered Zenzeiv.
He did not know if he should speak to it, but it saved his life. So the best thing to do was to thank it.
Thank you for saving me..." Zenzeiv said shyly.
The Quetzal smiled at him. Its smile was warm and kind. Zenzeiv smiled back, and asked his name.
I do not have a name..." The Quetzal answered, its smile disapearing. Its smile changed into a sad looking face.
Confused, Zenzeiv asked why. It answered it was because he wasn't accepted by others. He felt sorry for it, and asked if it would like to be his friend. Quetzal's big smile re-appeared and noded joyfully.

Quetzal was a warm hearted and kind petpet. He never got angry, nor left Zenzeiv a second. He had finally found a friend, and Zenzeiv finally found the flower of his Spring.

Zenzeiv's family

Of course, Zenzeiv will have a family caring for him and always forward helping him when something is wrong. I shall present you to this family, and hope you do not find us... too weird. xD;

Neosisila

She has two sides: One light and one dark. And trust me, you don't wanna be around when she's mad...
She is adorable when she is happy, which is the case most of the time. She cares for everyone around her, and does her best to help them. So do not let her design make you think the opposet.
She loves cookies and I'm sure Zenzeiv does too.
Oh, and if there is two pictures of her, it is because she once was a Usul I adopted for a long time, but I then morphed her into a starry Bori.

Pippaul

He isn't really smart, nor the kindest member of the family. But he can prove he cares for others more than himself whenever he wants to. He likes joking around, and loves water. He dreams to become a maraquan Bori, once the color is avaible for that species. I don't really think Zenzeiv and Pippaul will really like each other, due to the fact Zenzeiv wouldn't like water and Pippaul is obsessed with it...

Taeu

Probably the most adorable and kind family member, Zenzeiv and Taeu would have many things in common. Taeu loves reading and eating lollipops. But if anyone gets near her with a spoon in their hand, she'll be running away towards the other side of the planet. Indeed, I hope to paint her chocolate one day. At least it is her design for now.
Note: I placed 4rth overall with her on Feb 15, 2008 in the beauty contest. 488 kind people had voted for her. =D The piccy she won with is just above.

Tronche

He is like a father to all the pets I own. He takes good care of them and keeps an eye on them so they don't do anything wrong. He easily gets angry, a bit like would be Zenzeiv. He is really serious, but he can be very sweet and kind when someone is the same with him. He has some problems keeping everyone calm, but that is why we love him. n_n

Uhil

I have not much to say about him, except I created him a few days ago... Well, he is hot tempered, grumpy, is mad half of the time... Everything about him would make you think that he's the sort of neopet you shouldn't aproach...But he actually can be really kind. Well, rarely that is.

Lutsui
Barely ever speaks, she is the calmest of the family. Even if you try to insult her or make her mad, she won't change at all.

Wradel

Not much to say about her. She's obsessed with chocolate and everywhere she'll go you will see her eating candy. Otherwise, she likes joking around and isn't really serious. She's actually Pippaul's closest friend.

Here are some drawings I did of Zenzeiv. Some are only 10-15 minutes of work, while others took me a lot of time to draw and color.

Ending

Well, I hope this was good for a first application... I passed my entire day working on it as well as for the art. x.x Even if I don't get accepted, I hope Zenzeiv will find a kind new owner and wish good luck to all the other applicants.
