The Ugly Page of Rules

1. Must send a very detailed NeoMail or petpage application to this account only. Messages to any other of my accounts will be ignored.

2. Must show that you are literate and can type in coherent words. Chatspeak is severly frowned upon.

3. Application must include plans, why I should choose you as the new owner, and a neopets history.
- History should include any accounts that have been frozen and/or suspended along with what reasoning.
-- Be honest, I know TNT can be unreasonable at times so I can relate.

4. Some information about you in the application will be appreciated but not required.

5. If you plan to use my pet for roleplay, I'd like to see a sample of your work and a run down of what the pet's deisgn and personality will be.
- Reference pictures are a plus, and yes you can use makeables.

6. I like to see artwork, but if you have no artistic talent then I won't mind.
- If you are an artist, and have an account on art websites (such as dA, Oekaki, Tegaki, etc.) I'd like to see it.

7. Check back often, I am known for sudden change of heart and adds/changes a rule every now and then.


DEADLINE FOR ALL APPLICATIONS IS May 21st.
Tell me that you are applying beforehand and I will allow extra time for tweaking.
