Intro.
Hello! My name is NeoDragonBaby500 and I'm a green shoyru. Now, you may be wondering how some pets have a page all about them, right? Well, I am very important, yes, but you know who is even more important? Besides my owner, who is the best owner in all Neopia of course! ILLUSEN! Yes, I think Illusen the Earth Faerie is very important, and so she is my ultimate role model! Not only is she the kindest known faerie, but, she's also the prettiest. (Well, I think so.)
You know what else? Illusen is also green, like me! My owner's birthday is also on Illusen Day, so my owner likes Illusen too. Although I tend to get jealous when all of Neopia hears about something wonderful that Illusen does. "That's my Illusen!" My owner would say. I would get angry, very angry. "She's mine I tell you, MINE!!!" I would say some other stuff, get very defensive, and back-talk, and so, I was grounded. After long hours in my neoroom, I came to the sense that I didn't own an Earth Faerie, and I became possessive over something I didn't even possess. My bad. Wait, then why did my owner say Illusen was hers? Maybe... because she didn't make a big deal about it like I did? And, did I actually just learn something from my punishment? OMG that's not good!... Well, at least I stood up for myself and my ultimate obsession

You may now understand why I decided to dedicate my page to Illusen, and not myself. Although, if you would like to know more about me, you can always check out my pet look-up. Otherwise, please enjoy the rest of my page. It has pictures on Illusen, information and facts on her, items, a quest guide, miscellaneous things, an interview, a quiz just for fun, and some other stuff! So what are you waiting for? Don't you want to know why Illusen is the greatest faerie of all time? Of course you do! So read I say, READ!

This section is all about items. Any items that have to do with Illusen, that is. But there are so many items! Type in 'Illusen' in the search box and see how many cool items pop up! Let's see... since I am an organizing freak, I'll list them in alphabetical order. Yay alpha!

1.) Finding Illusen
|
The first item on our list is a book. If your pet loves to read, why not give this item a try? This is a "create your own adventure"-type story. Although, it's already an adventure just to find this rare book. But, beware, all of the following items are also rare, and therefore, very expensive.

2.) Handcrafted Illusen Plushie
|
This item is real shabby, no? A perfect example of my handicraft skills... Anyway, this item would be a great gift for any neopet. Say you made it yourself, and it's the thought that counts- they'll love you forever.

3.) Illusen Building Blocks
|
The next item on our list is a great toy for those Neopets who love to play, learn about Illusen, and spell at the same time! If your pet can make the following connection, rejoice! Your pet is a genious!: The picture of Illusen on the top block also has a pic of the letter I, and alas, Illusen begins with I. See the other block with the leaf? Same connection. I bet the letter that begins with stick and staff is on the other side... All these letters reside within Illusen's name. Yes, I love to analyze, that's why I'm such a smart Shoyru. :)

4.) Illusen Day Burger
|
This item is a lucious, thick, tasty, juicy, delicious hamburger. Perfect for those who fall beneath the power of the aforementioned adjectives, and for those who are vegetarians.

5.) Illusen Day Cupcake
| This item is a scrumptious chocolate and mint cupcake dazzled with sprinkles. What could be a better treat for your pet? This cupcake is also the ultimate favorite food, or um, bad-for-you yet good-for-soul edible item of my owner. Yeah, now she's starting to drool, ready to lick the monitor screen... I think I've said too much.

6.) Illusen Day Doughnut
|
Our next item is an appetizing doughnut. It contains chocolate and... gooseberry. Interesting. The doughnut sounded delicious with the chocolate, then gooseberry, and BLECH! Well, what actually is gooseberry? The world of Neopia may never know... dun dun dunnn...

7.) Illusen Day Drink
|
This Illusen Day Drink is sure to quench your thirst! The cup is beautifully decored with green, that comes with a cute little belt buckle. This perfectly matches Illusen's dress, although the straw that looks like her braided hair may not be as tasty. Hair in your drink? Utterly disgusting.

8.) Illusen Day Elixir
|
This item is a special brew. It was made by Kauvara in honor of her friend Illusen. This potion is so beautiful to look at, why would you want to use it? If you would like to be a proud honor of this magical item, good luck! They are very hard to find and can put a good dent in your savings.

9.) Illusen Day Hot Dog
|
This hot dog is 100% vegetarian. Good friend of the Illusen Day Burger. Remember all those descriptive words? Yes, let them encompass your heart and soul, yet again. Let the power of veggie meat reign over all! Muhahaha!!!

10.) Illusen Day Jelly
|
Item #10- jelly! This jelly contains chocolate and mint. Yummm... Isn't it just wonderful how the jelly keeps the chocolate and mint suspended in goo, and contains the flavor for an extended amount of time?

11.) Illusen Day Pizza
|
This pizza is yet another vegetarian item. This food can be eaten by any Neopet. I mean, who doesn't like pizza? Served on a leaf for an added touch.

12.) Illusen Day Sandwich
|
This sandwich is the perfect midday meal to munch on. Simply delicious for any pet!

13.) Illusen the Earth Faerie
|
We're finally done with the 'Illusen Day' items. Now, we have an Illusen collectable card. The gold backing symbolizes its amazing
rarity. The most rare type of all the cards, besides the retired on es. This item is on e of the rarest out of the 23 other items on this list, and can be bought for up to 50,000 NP!

14.) Illusen Faerie Doll
|
This rare item is an Illusen Doll. It's so cute! Oh how it's beauty leaves me speechless...

15.) Illusen Kite
|
This kite is perfect for those Neopets who love to spend time outside! What better way to watch Illusen soar up to the sky?

16.) Illusen Lunch Box
|
Now your Neopet can take Illusen with them to lunch! If your Neopet wants to have a tea party with Illusen, buy them this item, and tell your pet that Illusen is trapped on the front of the lunch box, and that she can hear every word your Neopet says. Or, you can come up with another believable story; get creative!

17.) Illusen Orb Ornament
|
This item is very rare, and new to Neopia. This would look stunning on any mantlepiece or table. A great way to make your neighbors jealous of your neohome. Now, who doesn't want that?

18.) Illusen Plushie
|
This is a rare faerie plushie. If you manage to get your hands on this, give it to your pet to make them feel really special!

19.) Illusen Poster
|
This poster is great to hang up on your wall. Now you can look at Illusen whenever you want! Although, Jhudora must be really jealous that Illusen got her poster printed first. Ah yes, the greatest rivalry in all of Neopia is between Jhudora and Illusen. Now, who do you think is better? *Stares at you so hard that a - hole could be bored in your head* That's what I thought...

20.) Illusen Snowglobe
|
Item #20 is a nice decoration. This cute little snowglobe has a figurine of Illusen in the middle, with beautiful leaves floating about her. Just give this item a shake and watch the green leaves swirl around this earth faerie!

21.) Illusen Stamp
|
This stamp is a perfect way to send the joy of Illusen around the whole of Neopia. Just peel off the cover of the self-adhesive, smack Illusen on an envelope, and put her in the mail! What better way to say I'm obsessed with Illusen?

|
This story is perfect for any Neopet to read. Everyone wants to know about how Illusen saved the ixi in this story!

|
This is another wonderful book about the journey that Illusen went on to find the ingredients for her infamous recipes!

Now let's move on to the quest guide.

Quest Guide
Guide
This section is a guide, obviously, to Illusen's Glade. Whether you're a beginner or a master at quests, you should still read it to see if you learn anything new. In this guide, I'll give you hints, info., pictures, links, and some other stuff so you can become a quest master in no time!
First off, what's an Illusen Quest? Easy, a quest is where you search Neopia for a specific item in a certain amount of time. The first step to becoming a quest master is to go to her by going to the luck/chance section of the games room, or by clicking here. When you arrive there, make sure you read everything on that page and understand what you need to do. Then, click on 'I accept' and she will tell you what item you need to find and how much time you have left. Now that you know the item you need to look for, what should you do? Well, what I do is I copy and paste the name of the item into the search bar and hit enter. You can also just re-type the name of the item you need to look for in the box, but copy and pasting is faster; whatever you prefer.
The next page that appears is the search results page for that item. Click on the item, then click where it says 'find this item using the shop wizard'. Now that you're on the shop wizard page, the item name should already be typed in for you. Before you click 'find', make sure you are searching in shops, and that you are searching in 'identical to phrase'. You can also leave the minimum and maximum spaces blank.
On this results page, click on the username at the very top of the list, then click on their shop. The item you need should appear before the other items, since you did a search on it. Then click on the item to buy it.
The next step is to go back to Illusen. When you find her, click on 'I have that item' or 'give item'.
CONGRATULATIONS! You have just completed an Illusen Quest!
Now, you may win an item depending on what level of quest you are on. (I'll talk about those items later.)
If you had trouble with any of these steps, please neomail me. But before you do, make sure to read the list below because it may answer your question.

If you search for an item, but it doesn't appear, this may be because you typed in the wrong name, or the item is too rare.
-
If you were able to click on the item, then click on the shop wizard. For some items, the shop wizard doesn't appear. (Why this is, honestly I'm not sure.) But if this does happen, no problem, you'll just have to manually find the wizard by going to 'shops'.
-
If you did a search, but didn't get the results you wanted, make sure you didn't search in galleries and you clicked 'identical to my phrase.'
-
When you go to purchase an item, make sure you have enough neopoints and that you have no more than 49 items in your inventory!

Now, for those of you who have mastered this technique and can go through all these steps in a matter of minutes, then you should continue questing! You can receive items from Illusen, shoot for a trophy, and get avatars! Yes, avatars!
Avatars
From questing in Illusen's Glade, you can get up to 2 different avatars! The first avatar is from completing up to quest level 20.
The other avatar can be unlocked by doing an Illusen Quest on Illusen Day, the 17th Day of Running. (Also known as St. Patrick's Day, or March 17th, in the real world.)

When you complete levels on Illusen's Quest, Illusen may reward you an item. To find out what item you might receive, check the table below.
The 'level' column indicates on what level you need to complete to receive that 'item' in the second column. The third column is a picture of that item.
