Ok, here's the deal: TG made these random fearie/elf adoptables. Anybody can request for her to make one for your pet, just show TG a design picture. Also, female Neopets may be either faerie or elf, but due to there being no male faeries in Neopia, the male pets may only be elf. So, tell TG which pet of yours you want done, if it's a boy, TG will make an elf adoptable, but if it's a girl, you have to say if you want faerie or elf, OK? Good. All that being said, here are a few extra rules that are the same as all TG's other rules:
