Plain out no. If I gave someone else something why should you care, they are probably close friends to me. Also asking for NP will get you blocked.

You will be blocked for this question. I worked hard for every one of them. There are a few that are up for adoption at times, although, that approach to adopting the pet is "NO."

3. Can I be your Neofriend?

Send a request. I really don't mind. I'll accept even if I don't know you. But then I'll go under "Notes" in my "Neofriends" section and put a "?" and every once in a while go through and delete all those "?" people. Just be nice and send a few Neomails to me and I'll know you (and will even remove that "?" if it's there.) :-)

Simply Paint Shop Pro 9. I put alot of effort into them and make good use of PSP9's many effects.

Well first off: THANK YOU SO MUCH! Sorry but you can't have my lookup and please do not steal my hard work... I'd hate to have to report someone for stealing my work.

Sorry but I have closed customs forever. Sometimes I make customs for my close Neofriends or offer to do one out of the kindness of my heart but chances are that I'm too busy and don't have the time for customs, though. Sorry! :-(

First go to boingdragon.com then (if you do not already have an account) make an account (for you need one if you want to have all your page views counted.) Then I think you can do the rest yourself. I did.

Well I created this account when I was a big fan of Kiely Williams (from the Cheetah Girls and 3LW) and I accidently mispelled it. And 95 was a random number Neo gave me on suggestions. So I continued on with this account anyway and now I am addicted to Neo so I don't really care about my username.

Nope, not anywhere close. Sorry my name is SOOO rare and I prefer to keep it secret. I will say it starts with "L" but anywho it is for my security.
