 Loud rumbles of thunder echo in the distance, and the murky clouds above let loose a light drizzle of rain as a storm approaches. In the concrete jungle there are many places to find shelter in such a storm, but a small tug at your pantleg diverts you. Looking down, you spot a small blue feline, about the size of a small housecat, attempting to catch your attention. Pale transparent pixe wings flitter helplessly in the rain, and the feline's two tails are hanging limp on the ground, soaking wet. Curious, you pick the small creature up in your hands to inspect it. As you bring your face down to get a closer look, the feline blinks once, and then speaks in a very clear, yet alien, voice. Hello, guest. I am Hoolphal of Quadrant Y-4735, of the planet Xyr. Would you mind taking me inside somewhere? I have found that I am much too small to open most of your doors on this planet. The creature pauses for a moment. You may call me Phal, if you wish. Such a blatant request throws you off for a moment, but deciding that it couldn't hurt, you walk into the nearest cafe, with Phal sitting on your shoulder. Once seated at a window booth, Phal flutters off of your shoulder and lies down on the table. Glancing out into the torrent of rain outside, Phal sighs. I suppose, if you want, since you seem to be a very curious one, I can tell you about myself to pass the time. With a smile, Phal begins her introduction. 
 History 
 [img] Rasconza Rasconza is a smart draik. She's always got her nose (or snout, I suppose) in a book, and she's not very social. Once she warms up to you, I hear she's very nice and almost impossible to anger. She doesn't really care for me, but that's okay with me. We get along fairly well. [img] Kyrouan Hmmm... Ky is an intersting one. She lives with a nomadic kingdom or something, so I don't see her often. When I do, though, we play lots of games and tell each other our various travel stories. There seems to be something that's going on that she won't tell me about, but I really don't want to upset her and press the matter. For now, I'm content. [img] Mythologize Myth is pretty cool. Although right now he's stuck as a Baby Koi (he still won't explain how that happened), his true form is a Krawk. :3 I'm not entirely sure what his deal is, but I think he talks to dead people or something. I could be wrong....maybe he was a Soul Collector? Either way, he needs to lighten up a bit. He's always tense. [img] Cahvante Awaaaah~ I love Cahvante. He's such an awesome little emo boy, and he likes scarves as much as me! Which is pretty crazy, if you think about it. Cahv is pretty quiet (most of the time), and tends to keep to himself. Most of the time that I spend with him is shopping. I don't mind, though. Apparently he's in some sort of band, but I've never heard him play. [img] Inausti Ina is probably the one person I wouldn't want to be stuck on a deserted island with. She's not a horrible person or anything, but she has a temper and a VERY short fuse. On top of that, she practically manages her band, Arcadia, and it's very stressful for her. (From what I hear, she keeps firing all of her managers because they aren't efficient enough or something.) Keeping Cahv in line isn't exactly an easy task for her, either.  I haven't rped her yet, so she doesn't have any. Shame, really.  Here is the collection of art that I've drawn of Hoolphal.  Would you like to take a link with you before you go? Phal would love for you to visit again.    Phal smiles as she glances outside, where the dark storm clouds begin to dissapate. Her bright blue eyes turn back to you, and she stands up from her place on the table. It has been a pleasure talking to you, guest, but I'm afraid it will be getting too dark for me to see very soon, and I have a few other things I need to do. Hopefully we may see each other some other time? With one last playful grin the winged, blue feline prances off of the slippery tabletop, and onto the floor. She slips out of the cafe door beneath the feet of an exiting customer, and you can see her two long tails disappear around the distant street corner. With a sigh, you stand up from the table and take your leave. After all, you have plans of your own that still need to be fufilled. With one last wistful look into the cafe, you head back outside. This is a nice town, with friendly people. Perhaps you'll come back someday, to visit the strange little alien you met one stormy afternoon.
