Ok, now I will list the rules for adopting a pet:

Petpage and Neomail accepted (depends on what the pet's owner wants).

Send applications to me, feepit30.2 I will look over them and (if approved) will send them to the owner.

Do NOT call a pet an it, all of them have genders. If you put an it, you will be ignored.

No Chatspeak, pet nicknames are okay, if the owner accepts it.

You have to be 4 months or older to adopt the painted/limited/level 3 or over pets. This is TNT's rule.

For the Title of your petpage/neomail, put the pet's name that you want when you send the neomail to me. It may depend if the owner wants a different title for the neomail/petpage.

Fully read the pet's owner's rules if the pet has rules for him/her.

Pets may be adopted on side accounts, unless the owner of the pet wants it to ONLY be adopted on your MAIN account.

Know the quick adopt link. It will be more safer to transfer the pet you are adopting. You must be online at the time the owner abandons. (this is the quick adopt link: http://www.neopets.com/process_adopt.phtml?pet_name=*insert name here* )

I know some people just absolutely HATE applications, but it's our policy that you have to send an application (Petpage or Neomail). If you need help on what to put on your application, here are some ideas and what would make it be a better one.

Applications:

-Just one thing, again, NO CHATSPEAK.

-Try to make it a little long, about 3 paragraphs long. Also, don't just put together a 5 minute application, it will lead up to careless mistakes.

-Little typos are okay, but correct grammar would be a big plus.

-If you have no idea what to put, here are some tips:

-What you plan to do with him/her.

-Write a little about yourself so the owner will know what you are like.

-How many accounts do you have, which account will you be adopting on?

-How long have you been on Neopets, and what is your past "Neopets life"?

-How did you get your pets, what kind of pets do you have, etc?

-Add an example or your drawing/roleplaying/literature/etc. skills if you want.

Be honest, if you lie in your application it will get you nowhere and there is no proof.

-You don't have to include all of these, but please follow THIS RULE: Be Creative! It will give you more points for your application.
