This room has white lines drawn all over the walls. They form an intricate pattern, weaving in and out, around. At there center is the artist, a mage. He looks up as you walk in. "Oh, a guest? What have you come by for?" he stops drawing and turns around to face you. "Well, guest, I can certainly tell you about myself..."

The Others
-Family-
I have a little sister named Cyphis. She is such a pest, you wouldn't believe... you see, I used to be close with my family, but we were both disowned by our parents. Kicked out of the house. All because of a big misunderstanding. I wish i could see my parents now. They would be proud of how much I've accepted our way of life...

...Wait, what am I saying? If they saw these horrid fangs, or the corruption in my magic... the reunion wouldn't be a happy one, to say the least! So maybe it's for the best.

-Friends-
Friends, you say? Well....

I met Rebbeccah at the shop I work at in The Kingdom. She is a mute who used to be locked up in a tower, did you know? But she's found a way to communicate using a magical item,so all is well, so to speak. Her blood is very tasty. ....What? It's true!

Other people..... hmm... I met Xere a while ago. She was quite interesting. I worry about her though, she seemed a touch light headed! And Dani was a coworker of mine for a while. I wouldn't exactly call him a friend though.

-Enemies-
Eh, I don't really have any. I generally dislike Chaiu (he needs to stay away from Rebbeccah!) and have sibling rivalry with my sister, but those don't really count.

Magic
-Mage Talent-
I have always trained as a mage, so my magic is quite strong. I can use it for many things... usually I have to draw something before doing a spell. In the air, on the ground... I can use my finger or anything to transfer magic into lines and then activate them when the pattern is complete. I can do warping spells and others this way.

Another handy ability I have is one that lets me turn into a rather ghostlike state temporarily. It lets me go through walls and things. But then again, I can't touch anything when I'm like that, and I get stuck in ghost mode until midnight. That's why I only use it when I'm in a serious pinch.

-The Sacred Book-
My book is something special. It is a very sacred text, and probably worth quite a bit of money now-a-days. Not that I'd ever sell it. You see, this book tells me the way to live my life. And those who follow this book.... they receive magic in return! So it is partly because of my book that my magic is so powerful...

.
Adventures
I was introduced with my sister when we were plotting the capture of Skull, I think it was? Ha ha, that was a long time ago. Info about this section ishere.

-The Office-
I was a mess when I showed up at The Office. Cyphis and I were hired for our skills, and we were both very eager to join because they had food. And a place to sleep. The head mage in our unit didn't really like me much because I kept messing with the spells on his house.

-The Society-
I spent most of my time in The Society basically hiding away in my little house. I was secretly trying out the lab ray, to be honest! That and honing my magic. And getting back into the practices of the Book! An unfortunate accident with a very terrible lady, unfortunately, occurred while I was in the society. This lady turned my sacred book into a darkly divine item! As a result, I got corruption in my magic and vampire fangs... and my sister got off scott free.

-The Kingdom-
Finding a good job was hard. They didn't want me at the magic shop because I touched too much of the stuff. I finally got a job working at a pirate pawn shop. The business seems honorable enough. I was able to morph myself into an aisha, but sadly still have the fangs. I also worked as a bodyguard for a while, but that job kinda died.

Well, I don't have any of that...

-Myphus at the Bus Stop-
A random piece of writing that describes me in pretty good detail.

He was such an odd sight, sitting there, minding his own business at the bus stop. An aisha, his skin was a ghastly color, pale and smooth. It was a warm day; he wore simple black shorts with a steel-colored trim. The soft cream shirt that covered his chest was mostly hidden under a stiff dark vest. The vest was a rugged item; it too had silver trim and silve buttons chasing down it's front, but the highest button stopped short of a daringly open flapped collar. The cream colored shirt worn underneath clued to a modesty rare in this day and age.

Fixed around his neck was also a steel cross, a simple elegance that was also seldom seen, a symbol borrowed from the humans. The cross perhaps held more meaning to him, for I knew that the man I hired was also a priest, or some kind of missionary, one of the few remaining in a long forgotten religion. His left hand clasped a book, thick with luxurious pages that seeped out magic, an incredibly light force that glowed from within him as well. So this was a copy of the legendary book. The scripture that told of a way of life, verses that promised magic to its followers. Perhaps it wasn't such a myth after all.

Yet this young man seemed far away from any sort of eternal salvation. Corruption licked at the pure magic within him, wrapping around it in faint but potent traces. It must cause him pain, and his penance for whatever caused it was evident as well. A dark and unforgiving chain was slung around his waist, and white peeked from the croners of his closed mouth. Fangs, the mark of a vampire. They took me by surprise.

Also marking his face was coiling hair of a dark green color, unruly and wild despite his restricted appearance. His eyes were a deep red, the color of old blood, certainly not what one would expect from a holy man. Finally, I drew my site up to his weapon of choice, an oversized sickle adorned with colored glass and radiating his appreciation for it. The weapon was polished perfectly, the blade newly sharpened. Impressive.

Enough inspection. This strange young man, a preacher of life who looked more like the face of death. H should be able to accomplish my task. I called out his name on a hushed breath, yet the word still floated and echoed back to me. "Myphus" stood up, and followed me down the street without a sound but the clanking of chain.
