Alright, I really have been terrible at this whole updating thing... But I've just finished making a couple little modifications to the page. And as always, I am constantly awarding pages and adding their links to the award winners sections.
The most impressive thing about it was that she managed to pull her act off in the most selfless way possible. She was
kind of course, but she has equally, if not more, distant. Vanity was everything to her and vain was the first word that came to mind when thinking of her. The fact of the matter was, Tishi was like the role model who wouldn't
give you a glance, even if you were her sister. Alia was neglected, but in the nicest way possible.
Tulia, advertising Maraqua simply by standing there, was just a little different. No one could have ever guessed that she was once anything else other than a Maraquan Draik. You looked at her thinking ever her blood was white, purple, and orange. So Tulria's detachment to her family came as no surprise. She was like a fish. And what do fish do? Swim.
You don't sit around having long deep intellectual conversations with them or go out for a bite of ice cream. With fish, you basically just look at them. So that's all Alia did. Look at Tulria. Examine the contrast of the screaming orange against the whispering white. Or rip apart in her mind all the different things Tulria's eyes would say to her with one glance. Tulria was free and untouchable to Alia.
And of course there was Lunauh. But Lunauh was the lab pet.
The lab pet had a personality change every other day, it was hopeless befriending Lunauh, because Lunauh was "out to lunch" twenty-four/seven. AKA, s/he was being torturously labbed. And lastly, Alia's owner; Shain. Shain had a heart for all of them, all her pets and all their petpets. Shain devoted time to them and kept things in order. But past that, she was pretty much busy. She had a life to live and things to do. So basically, she did the minimum. Doing everything she needed to do, but quite certainly not taking the extra step to send out bundles of attention.
She was unbearably lonely, hence her made up plan...
With Alia's clearly clueless family pushed aside. She
realized that she was going to have to fix her problem on her own. She could no longer depend on her hopes that a friend was just going to fall out of the sky and
land on her head to full fill her life.
So after agonizing hours and hours, days and days of game playing, Alia finally earned quite some sums of neopoints. "Like
having a job," she thought to herself, "only not." Well, with her new vast amounts of neopoints, she figured that she would be able to find something to cure her everlasting solitude. And with great predictability, she headed off to the Petpet store. No sooner than stepping in, she was hit in the head with her new best friend. Literally.
A little flying Ona accidentally flew directly into her. It was quite the collision and even a more dramatic first impression. But the two clicked nonetheless and were soon leaving the store as if they had known each other their whole lives. Alia named the Ona Aleia, out of conceited tendencies? Nobody knows. Anyway, things were great for a while and Alia was finally experiencing companionship, but Aleia slowly grew on her. Grew
on her negatively that is. Alia loved her Ona to death, but Aleia had an incredibly limited vocabulary, if any at all. She chirped, attempted to bury herself in nonexistent snow, she blanklessly stared, trembled and shivered, and
occasionally stuck out her tongue. But that pretty much summed it up. It was obvious, Alia was still in need of a friend.
Due to the failed plan, she thought up an adventure
It became more apparent to Alia by the day, she HAD to make
another friend besides her word-disabled Ona.
So one morning,
while reading the
Neopian Times all alone at the kitchen table (go figure), she spotted an 
the journey was far from easy for
Alia and Aleia, but it was very well worth it. Traveling from Neopia to Terror Mountain is a reasonably hard feat.
Yet, still accomplished by our winged heroes. Finding Taelia's Snow Hut was overall easy. And there was so much to look at on the way! Happy Valley, that evil Murder
Mystery Ski Lodge, and of course all that snow! Alia was in a place of her
dreams.
Upon arriving significantly close to Taelia's home, Taelia
was just leaving. In a state of panic, Alia grabbed Aleia and tip-toe-ran back into a viewing distance of Taelia. Alia could NOT let her big
adventure end like this, she couldn't let Taelia just... escape. So in the most stalkerish way possible, Alia and Aleia followed Taelia. Nothing exciting though. No secret encounters with the Dark Faerie, and no smuggling of illegal items. For stalking the Snow Faerie, this seemed highly uneventful.
Until Alia managed to walk into a tree. The poor thing. Due to boredom, she walked directly into a snow-covered pine. Taelia, with her lightning quick reflexes, snapped around and blinked. She looked upon the scene. Out in the
middle of nowhere, covered in snow, there lay a baby kougra with wings all too close to a tree and a little Ona flying around in circles chirping. In a state of confussion, Taelia retreated towards the odd duo and seemingly rescued them from near death
(in a way).
The big, over anticipated encounter
Upon waking, Alia found herself surrounded with warmth and a
genuine feeling of bliss.
Well, after noticing her location that is. She lay on
Taelia's bed, most obviously in her hut with the aroma of soup in the air and the crackle and pop of the fire in the fireplace trying to beat the never-ending winter. She felt more at home than she had in years. And Taelia knew this. After all, she was a faerie. Noticing the kougra awake, Taelia took the liberty of introducing herself and offering some soup to the ball of fur (Alia) and the mini ball
of flying fur (Aleia). Alia stared with graditude and began all too quickly to explain her situation. Lucky for her, Taelia was just as understanding and compassionate as she has imagined her to be. And in the end, Taelia agreed to take Alia in. As family. Ona included.
or interviewers popping up seeking a chance
to write the "Get to know the Real Snow Faerie" article, and of course, the fans daily. But Alia still fit right in. She had finally overcome her biggest obstacle. She had finally found a family of love, even if it was just a faerie and a petpet. Alia wasn't lonely any longer, and she was purely regretless.
Sending each other roses, a gold ring, or just snuggling, these two are
the ideal love couple. Handsome, friendly, seductive, and playful Panda is
everything Alia could hope for. Many moments are shared between him and her and
each and every one is perfect. Alia: I'll love you forever and further Panda!
Angelic as they are, with glimmering feathers weaved together
by glowing light, they're actually practical and fun. Aleia and Alia have the best
time being that they can both fly. But myth has it that neopets used to have
wings so they could contact the faeries in times of need, but these days the
gifted pets won't speak of what they use
them for. Secretive and graceful. Alia Sora truly grateful everyday for her feathered gift.
Other friends with the disability to talk. It's brilliant. Little_Nylorac's petpet pink ona, named Evala has befriend Aleia in the most wonderful way. Two flying Onas, who can't talk, and continually try to bury themselves in nonexistent
snow. Being that Alia and Ny are best friends, it comes has no surprise that
their petpets are. The fun is never-ending when you're a petpet with wings and you have a best friend at your side.
