What Is Premium?
The Neopets Premium is a service full of exciting features for every Neopian! While use of Neopets.com is free, the Premium service allows users to pay
for a more feature-packed Neopets experience, which includes use of a fully customisable Portal & the ability to browse Neopets.com ad-free,
among others.
In order to access the Premium service, you must first be referred by an existing Premium service user. If you would like a referral please click

No Ads
Browse the Neopets site 100% ad-free. Both the top & bottom banner ads are completely removed.
Free Weekly Scratchcards
Every Friday you will receive a free scratchcard from the Space Faerie in your Neopets Webmail. Scratch the card in the same way you would any other &
win yourself some Neopoints or a rare item. These cards cannot be sold or traded.
More Random Events
You may have experienced a random event while browsing the Neopets site, where you have been given an item (or had one stolen), or simply been
visited by a character such as Turmaculus or Ghost Lupe.
As a Premium user, you will still experience these random events, but will also be able to receive random events in your Neopets Webmail inbox. A random
event email will say "Something Has Happened" in the subject line & will contain a link that you will need to click on to access your prize.
Neopoint Rewards
As a thankyou for being a Premium service user, Neopets will send you Neopoint rewards. The number of Neopoints depends on which Premium service
you are subscribed to:
Pay-by-the-month users
1,000 Neopoints for taking up the 15 day trial offer &
1,000 Neopoints for every month you are subscribed to the Premium service.
Pay-by-the-year users
2,500 Neopoints for taking up the 15 day trial offer &
7,500 Neopoints for every year you are subscribed to the Premium service.

Avatar
The "Neomail Addict" avatar is now yours to keep. You will NOT lose this avatar if you cancel your Premium service.
Premium-only Trading Cards
These cards are a fun way to mark your continuous months of Premium service. You will receive a special card for each month & another special card for each year you
retain the Premium service. These cards cannot be sold, traded or removed.
Alias Account
As well as having your "main" account, being a Premium service user allows you to create an alias account or "side" account. Your alias account can be used for a gallery,
to keep your other pets, etc. The only rule is that it is NOT to be used for gaining Neopoints. This means no games, shop etc. Your alias account will have all of the
same Premium service features as your "main" account, except you will not receive random events via Neopets Webmail or the free Space Faerie Scratchcards.
What About Payment?
The Premium Neopets service is a paid service.
There are three options you may sign up for when registering for premium:
$7.99 (US) Neopets Premium Web Pack (per month)
$69.95 (US) Neopets Premium Web Pack (per year)
$15.95 (US) Neopets Dial-up with Accelerator (per month)
$99.99 (US) Neopets Dial-up with Accelerator (per year)
Free Trial
Each of these services comes with a free 15 day trial period, where you will be able to experience all aspects of the Premium service free of charge. You will still need
to supply your payment details, as you will be automatically subscribed & charged if you do not cancel after the trial.
Payment Methods
There are currently three methods of payment for your Premium service:
Credit Card
MasterCard, VISA. American Express & Discover are all accepted. If you have a debit card that bears any of these logos, they may also be used.
PayPal
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to make secure payments via credit cards, bank transfers, debit cards etc. You will need to create an account at
PayPal.com before you can use this payment method.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
(This payment option is only available to users in the USA.)
EFT allows you to have your Premium service payments transferred straight from your bank account to Neopets. Payments are automatically deducted at scheduled
times.

So that premium users do not have too much of an advantage over other players, you are not allowed to search for Secret Lab Map pieces, Paintbrushes etc. There is also
a limited amount of searches you can do at any one time.
