User Look-up : I make these whenever I feel like it. Custom requests are ignored, I voulenteer my own time to user look-ups. Suggestions are accepted, do not expect a reply. Do not suggest non-neopets themes.
Blog : On request. Must be of an NHL team/player theme, because that is my specialty, other things are too time consuming. You may have seen a blog by me that is not an NHL theme (neopets theme) in a shop, these are all guild shops in my guild.
Custom Avatar : On request. I will make you the image, but not the HTML part.
User look-up component : No. I do not make banners, shields, sidebars or blinkies unless in conjunction with my premades, or you are my friend and I suggest it myself.

Do you make your own layouts? How?
Yes, I make all my own CSS layouts. If you wish to make your own, visit CSSHELP the Kougra's Pet page for all the basic codes for making a user look-up.

Do you make all your images? How?
Yes, I make all of my graphics from scratch. Anything with a photo is a plain photo, cropped and effects put on by me. I make all my banners, menu bars, wallpapers, shields and Blogs in Adobe Photoshop 7.0. I make my blinkies in Adobe Image Ready.

HELP! I have one of your user look-ups, and there's so much coding,I don't know where to type to get it in the text box!
Alright, try the find function on your keyboard. Hold the control key and tap F, and tpye "text" (or a word that I have already placed in the text box) into the box. It will find the spot. The spot is generally near the bottom of the coding.

Are you considering adding more components to your graphics pages? (i.e. Backgrounds page, blogs page, banners page...)
I'm working on it, working on it. I have other things to go.

I don't understand you... What kind of crazy person makes user look-ups with ugly armadillos and carrots in them???
I make user look-ups with such things in them, because nobody else does. Although I do provide some high demand such as Babies and Royal pets, I like to focus my time into look-ups that nobody else provides, so that EVERYBODY's look-up needs can be satisfied either by me, or by one of my affiliates.

Why do you rate everybody's look-ups so tough???
No, not everybody's. I rate fairly. FAIRLY. I do not base any marks on whether I like them or not. Topics are irrelavent. Points are awarded for creativity, having lots of components (shield, banner, cursor...), original graphics, matching/ colour coordination, image quality, organization.. Points are deducted for Long-time loading (large bitmaps), premade components, pixelization, deleting of statistics.
