To adopt one of my little fosterlings, the only thing I require is the simple questionaire below. Fill it out, throw it in a neomail or put it on a petpage/webpage [which would make it easier to read btw]. Doesn't matter to me what form it's in, as long as the dedication and effort shows.

If you'd like to add more, that's absolutley your choice. I'd love to see petpage applications for some of my fosterlings, but they are not required. Just so you know, art, stories, etc. make me smile =]

Just a heads-up, I definetly will be checking userlookups/petlookups/petpages to see if you are active on neopets and with your neopets.

1. Be at least 4 months old. TNT's rule for some colors, my rule for all colors.
2. Send all applications/questions/heads-ups to my main, chandyy315. Makes the whole process go a bit smoother.
3. Make sure that your account shows how well you treat your neopets. Petpets, stories, petlookups, etc. will definetly show me what a good home my foster could be going to.
4. Go ahead and neomail me when you decide to apply for one of my fosters, that way, I know to wait for you before I make my final decision.
5. No chatspeak, but I do love smilies xD
6. Feel free to change gender, give the pet a nickname, or anything special like that in your application. Currently, at this time, I cannot change gender [darn lab scientist challenger!] but if you can, feel free to change it.
7. Add the Pledge of Good Ownership into your application. I've added it as part of the questionaire, it's just your job to fill it out!
8. And last but not least, be polite. Being mean and rude does not get you anywhere, especially not with me. Please don't get upset if you are not chosen, they're going to a good home, even if it's not yours.

Basically, just have fun. Whatever shape or form your application takes, just make sure that your dedication and effort shows!!

9. How active on Neopets are you? Do you come on once a day/once a week?
10. Do you have any plans for my foster? BC, battling, etc? What kind of personality do they have?
11. Have you read the rules? If so, which account did i mention to send all applications to? 12. How long do you plan to stay on Neopets [be realistic]?
Pledge of Good Ownership:
If I am chosen, I, (your name), pledge to be the best owner I can be for my new Neopet, (pet's name). I understand all the sadness that he/she has already been through, and so I will provide everything he/she needs to be happy. I promise to be a friend to my new Neopet and never ever ever put him/her through the pain of neglect or abandonment again."
