Hmmm...you want to hear about my story of how I came to be here? Well okay. It all started out like this...

In the plains of grass, I lived in a place called Crystalis, it was known for it's beautiful crystals that lay in caves and caverns. I lived in a family of five. There was my mother,Linaik,she was a beautiful kougra and was one of the guardians that guarded Lunar Cave. Lunar Cave is a mysterious cave that is still beyond my knowledge, I've only visited it once...Now,next was my father. His name was Layz, he is also one of the guardians of Lunar Cave. He had wings of bright white that glinted in the sun. Next is my brother, Dian. He is usually around prowling in the dark in search for food. Lastly,there is my younger sister, Skylin, I love her very much, but she could get annoying. Well,anyways let me start the story...

In Crystalis, a storm started that flooded the plains. The kougra packs were all on alert and so was my family. We started packing our belongings before the flood could reach us. We ran across the fields at great speed to a shelter were the other kougras were heading. Suddenly I tripped over a branch from a tree, but before my family could come to rescue me...I was swept away by the raging waters.I swam and struggled with my might, but it was no use. Tears ran across my eyes...I was swept to an unkown land...to the land of humans. When the storm calmed, but the flood still rushed. I was about to give all hope, but I suddenly heard shoutings and was then followed by barks. Next thing I knew, a gelert was beside me and she carried me through the raging water and into a house...

After the storm, all I knew was that I woke up on a bed. I stared at the ceiling,as I tried to get up, my paw started to hurt. I stared at my paw and saw a scar. I thought to myself that the scar was there to have me remember about the flood...Hours later,a yellow gelert came in and was followed by a human girl and three more neopets. They introduced themselves and so did I. They helped me get out of bed for some fresh air. As I stepped at the damp earth,I heard a growl coming from the north of the house, and the northern direction was also were Crystalis was. I growled in reply. Then out of the bushes came my kougra family. How they tracked me here, I have no clue, but as soon they met my rescuers they became good friends.

After all the greetings and such, my kougra family told me to stay here with the human and the other neopets, I don't know why, but they just did. I was shocked to hear such things, but as soon as my kougra family left. My new family treated me with such care that I grew attached with them. Years after my kougra family came for visits.We were all very happy. Especially me, I was the happiest.
