2. All items are lent with FULL collateral only! Collateral means that items are not lent for free and that the amount of neopoints are used as insurance in case the items are scammed. These items are only loaned out, so you MUST return them after!
3. If the borrower fails to return the items, they will be BANNED from the Avatar Lending Service and SUSPENDED from the guild for two days! If they break one more rule, they will be BANNED from the guild!
