You can also get them through Plots, the Trading Post, Auctions, Advent Calender (December ONLY), and at random. (You could also get clothes from the NC Mall but that requires real money unfortunately) |

inventory (if the item is wearable the border color will be blue) click on it. Now follow these steps with the picture below. Step 1 - When the little window opens up scroll Step 2 - Now click on Submit. There, now you have wearables in your closet! |

your inventory and find the Closet button. (Or Click Here) If there is an item you wish to remove THAT YOUR PET IS NOT WEARING follow these steps with the pictures below. Step 1 - Put how many items you wish to remove into the box. Step 2 - Click on the "Move Selected Items" button to remove the items from your closet. The items have now been placed back into your inventory. |

Q - How do I put clothes on my pets? A - To dress your pet go to the Quick Ref Page and click the Customise button under whichever pet you want to dress. If this is your first time, a tutorial will appear. Just click the X in the upper right hand corner of the tutorial box to close it. Then just follow these simple steps using the picture below as a guide. PLEASE NOTE: Only one pet can have on a certain item at a time. If you want all of your pets to wear the same thing you must buy enough of that item for how many pets you have. Q - How do I remove clothes from my pet? A - When you are customising your pet and you put something on that you do not like simply click on your pets picture. Then an itemized list of what your pet is wearing will appear, just follow the steps below with the picture to take clothes off your pet. Q - How do I keep clothes on my pet? A - Click on the Save Changes button at the top of the page. A picture of the button is below. Q - Why can't my pet wear....(Insert Wearable Here)? A - There are two reasons why your pet might not be able to wear a specific item. First, if your pet is Mutant, Maraquan, Baby, or Fruit/Vegatable Chia they can't wear clothes because they are oddly shaped. Secondly, TNT (The Neopets Team) might not have made the item wearable by that species of Neopet yet. To see if a specific item is wearable by your pet Click Here
Q - Can my Baby/Maraquan/Mutant/(Fruit/Vegatable Chia) Wear clothes?
A - Well, yes and no. These painted pets are oddly shaped so they can only wear Trinkets (Example: Grarrl Nutcracker, Eau De Skunk) and Backgrounds. They can't wear shirts, pants, hats, or even clothes that are unique to that species of Neopet
Q - What are Trinkets? A - Trinkets are a kind of wearable that go on the left side of your Neopet on the ground. ALL NEOPETS CAN WEAR TRINKETS, EVEN THE ONES ODDLY SHAPED. An example of a trinket is the picture above this question, this item is called a Toolbox.
Q - What is the difference between NC Mall clothes and Neopoint clothes? A - The difference is this, you can play games or do surveys to earn your Neopoints. But the NC Mall requires real money through PayPal (must be over 18 to use) or a NeoCash card which can be purchased at Target.
Q - Where is the best place to buy clothes? A - In my opinion the best place is Unis Clothing because they sell a big chunk of the clothes. BUT, before you buy anything please GO HERE to make sure that the item you wish to buy is sold there.
Q - Do I have to convert my pet in order to wear clothes and backgrounds? A - Yes, you do have to convert your pet in order for it to wear clothes. But, they can wear backgrounds though.
Q - Can I buy any clothing and have it fit my pet? A - No, only the clothes that are considered wearables. To see a list of these clothes CLICK HERE
Q - Do you know where I can preview what an item looks like on my pet before I buy it? A - Yes, there are two different places the first is Inwardly's Page. The second is Nolande's Page. In my opinion Inwardly's page is the better of the two.
Q - Will you give me clothes? A - ABSOLUTELY NOT! I won't give you clothes, you need to buy them yourself.
Q - Will you give me Neopoints to buy clothes? A - Once again, ABSOLUTELY NOT! I will not give you Neopoints to buy clothes. You will have to go play games to earn enough Neopoints to buy the clothes yourselves.

Step 1 - Click on an item you wish to put onto your pet. I am using a trinket for this example.
Step 2 - Click on the Apply button to add this item to your pet.
Step 3 - The clothing item is now on your pet, doesn't it look stylish! 
(Example 3 pets = 3 Purple Feather Boas)

Step 1 - Click on an item you wish to be taken off your pet.
Step 2 - Click on the Remove button to remove it from your pet.
Now that item is off of your pet. If you wish to put it back on repeat steps in last question.
