updates

9/19/13: Finally finished Masira's petlookup! Tomorrow will be my last day to BC her and I am hoping she gets a least second place. Someone on one of the boards mentioned to me that 'masira' in their language meant sorrow. I thought it was kind of an interesting.

9/08/13: Ok so today I edited Masira's picture a little bit and I am so happy with the outcome! Now all I need to do is work on her story and add her petlookup and Masira will be on her to to being fancy!

9/06/13: Whew, kinda tired today! I BC'ed Ravuna last week and she got first in her species! Masira is next in line! Ok, so today I just added a little bit in the about section. I have a feeling of an idea for a story, but it hasn't completely played out in my mind yet.

I'm kinda weird, I ended up liking the picture I drew for Masira's petpet more than I ended up liking her own picture. xD I added to the right side of the petpage because I'm trying to incorporate the petpets into the petpages. I've also added a Dragonfly Nymph, but I don't have one attached just yet. I hope to do so someday when the petpetpet isn't like, five million neopoints, lol.

9/01/13: Ok, so I've finally put up Masira's petpage layout! It took me long enough as I've been hoping to do it for quite some time now. But alias, here it is! Well, almost completed haha. I've got a lot to do as far as art and story goes, but hopefully I'll continue updating this page while I work on my other pets.

about

Have you ever wondered where shooting stars come from? What? You say you already know? You claim that they are fragments of space debris that burn up quickly in Earth's atmosphere? HA! Shows what you know!

Actually, shooting stars are mystical enchantments that are sent from the heavens in order to aid the mortal minds below. But who sends them? What are they sent for?

Shooting stars come from Demigod-like creatures called Cloudi's. They thrive off the power of wishes, hopes, and dreams that organisms within the cosmos pray for. Humans have a very special affinity for making wishes and the Cloudi's love to grant them.

However, these god creatures in the sky must be cautious when they sent out shooting stars to the mortal realm because a human could wish for something dark and disastrous. This in turn can harm or even destroy the Cloudi.

Masira

Age: 13 Sun Cycles
Species: Gnorbu
Sign: Cancer
Eye Color: Pink
Fur: Peach

Masira is a young Cloudi who has not quite gained the right to offer wishes to the human realm. She prefers playing in the Oracle fields outside her mother's home. Despite being of age to grant wishes, Masira spends most of her time daydreaming and wondering what it would be like to walk on the human world.

story

The cloud glade was bright and cheery, just as it had always been. Water flowed throughout the cloud growth seemingly effortlessly as if it were resistant to the undoings of what gravity typically does to droplets of water to form rain. No, there was no rain here. Only sunshine and glee.

Honestly, it was a bit too boring for a certain, young creature.

The Oracle fields had just blossomed as if in celebration for the coming of the new age. Ever year since she was a deer-ling, Masira would tread about these fields and absorb the joy the flowers had offered. But, not this year. Things felt...different.

This was the year that Masira would become a wish granter. Or, at least her mother had hoped so. Masira had quite a few different ideas in mind, however.
