I've been running a dedicated pixel adoptables page for about 2 years now, but have been making them for a while longer. I'm not an "expert" or a "professional", there are many way more talented pixel artists out there, but I enjoy making cute, tiny things with clicks of my mouse in my spare time. This can be traced back to my rabid addiction to 32-bit hand-drawn sprite based video games, which created my interest in pixelated art. So, enjoy! Use an online IMAGE HOST (like photobucket or similar sites) to display your adopted pixel on your petpage or toybox. Don't forget to give credit and/or link back to this page. SOME SORT OF LINK BACK OR CREDIT TO WRENNIEPOOH IS REQUIRED TO USE MY IMAGES! HOTLINKING (using my image url) is not allowed. It eats my bandwidth and shuts down my sites, leaving you with no pretty images to use, so please save the images to your computer. .Frequently Asked Questions. What programs do you use? I often get asked what programs I use for my pixels. I do most of my actual pixeling using just the basic paint program installed on most computers. (MS Paint) I do also use PSP8 to put transparent backgrounds on my images, and and Microsoft Gif Animator to animate some of my pixels. Can you teach me how to make pixels? Often I don't have time to make everyone who asks a special pixel of their own. Please check my Uselookup to see if my pixel status is OPEN or CLOSED. If it says OPEN, please neomail me your request, and I can see what I can do. If it says CLOSED, all request neomails will be ignored. Can I use your pixels as base for my own? No. Drawing over the top of someone's art (using it as a base) or taking bits and pieces of other's art (commonly known as frankendolling) is still art theft if they have not given permission for them to be use as such, And you CAN NOT USE MY PIXELS AS BASES.
