In order; Taichi "Tai" Kamiya & Agumon, Yamato "Matt" Ishida & Gabumon, Sora Takenouchi & Biyomon,
Koushiro "Izzy" Izumi & Tentomon, Mimi Tachikawa & Palamon,
Jyou "Joe" Kido & Gomamon, Takeru "T.K." Takaishi & Patamon, and Hikari "Kari" Kamiya & Gatomon (Champion).
In Season 1, 7 kids are transported to the Digital World from a camp they were all attending. At the Digital World, they met their Digimon partners. They fought, together, evil digimon that they encountered in their journey, as their digimon learned to digi-volve into champion level. Later they were given crests and tags: Taichi was given the crest of courage, Yamato was given the crest of Friendship, Sora was given the crest of Love, Koushiro was given the crest of Curiousity, Mimi was given the crest of Sincerety, Jyou was given the crest of Reliability, and Takeru was given the crest of hope. With these crests, their digimon were able to digi-volve into the ultimate level. They later found out there was an eight child, Hikari, and that an evil master, Myotismon, was set out to destroy her. They went back to the real world, fought Myotismon, and eventually defeated him. With Hikari and her Digimon, Gatomon (the only one of the digimon that stayed at the Champion level), who was able to digi-volve to an ultimate level, with the help of Hikari's new crest of light, they fought even harder opponents. Once the Digi-World was back in safety, the children returned home, leaving their Digimon in the Digi-World....
Season 2

In order; Daisuke "Davis" Motomiya & V-mon, Iori "Cody" Hida & Armadillomon, Miyako "Yolie" Inoue & Hawkmon, Takeru "T.K." Takaishi & Patamon, Hikari "Kari" Kamiya & Gatomon (Champion), Ken Ichijouji & Wormmon,
Taichi "Tai" Kamiya, Yamato "Matt" Ishida, Sora Takenouchi, Koushiro "Izzy" Izumi, Mimi Tachikawa and Jyou "Joe" Kido.
In Season 2, four years after the original 8 digi-destined were chosen, 3 new digidestined were chosen, along with 2 of the 8 original. The other six realized that their crests of Courage, Friendship, Love, Curiousity, Sincerity and Reliability, were no longer theirs....given to Daisuke (Courage, and eventually Friendship), Iori (Knowledge and Reliability) and Miyako (Love, and eventually Sincerity). Along with Hikari and Takeru (Light and Hope), the five traveled to the Digital World and met their new Digimon partners (except for Hikari and Takeru who already had theirs). In their journeys, their digimon were given the ability to Armour Digivolve into Armour Digimon forms to defeat the Digimon Emperor.....later they found out that was Ken.....and their digimon learned how to digi-volve into Champion Level. Ken realized his wrong-doing and stopped being the Digimon Emperor, was given the crest of Kindness and help the five "clean up his mess". After his "revalation", Arokenymon and Mummymon became the new enemy. They had 2 forms, but were very powerful. Arokenymon used Ken's control spires to create digimon. None were too powerful for the group until she created BlackWArGreymon. BlackWarGreymon destroyed the destiny stones and messed up the Digital World's data, causing digimon to appear in earth and such. Eventually, after TK and Cody DNA digivolved and BlackWarGreymon destroyed the final destiny stone, Azulongmon appeared and spoke to them all about there being a very strong darkness, even stronger than Arokenymon and Mummymon. BlackWarGreymon no longer attacked the digidestined. They learned that Owikawa (a former friend of Cody's deceased dad) created Arokenymon and Mummymon on his computer. He wanted to travel to the Digital World, but could never succeed. He was being controlled by a much stronger form of Myotismon (a former opponent of the 1st season kids). With the light of all the digidestined, they defeated Myotismon's powerful form and Owikawa sacrificed himself to restore the Digital World back to its original form. All was well in the world once again. (At the end of the last episode, they show the grown up digidestined from 1st and 2nd season).

In order; Takato Matsuda & Guilmon, Jenrya "Henry" Lee & Terriermon, Ruki "Rika" Makino & Renamon, Ryo Akiyama & Cyberdramon (Ultimate), Shuichon "Suzie" Lee & Lopmon, Juri "Jeri" Katou & Leomon, Hirokazu "Kazu" Shiota & Guardromon, and Kenta Kitagawa & Marineangemon.
In season 3, it is as if Season 1 and 2 were "make-bleieve" and this season is real...hard to explain. But, they have the card game in this season and most people seem to know what digimon are. Takato, the "goggle boy" of this season, draws up his "made-up" digimon and it is scanned by his D-power. Say hello to Guilmon! Henry and Rika, children around Takato's age, are also given Digimon (Terriermon and Renamon). Their main battles in the beginning were against digimon that appeared in the real world. The hardest opponents were Devas that appeared after a crazed destroyer of Digimon, Yamaki, used the program "Juggernaut" to destroy them--data and all. The devas were similar to that of the Chinese Zodiac. Digivolution was only possible with a special bond between Digimon and tamer, not to mention with Calumon's help (the power of Digivolution in digimon form). When Calumon was captured, the three tamers, along with Kazu, Kenta and Jerry, Takato's other friends, followed the monkey deva, Makuramon, into the Digital World. Jerry received her partner, Leomon and Kazu received Guardromon. They also met up with Ryo and Cyberdramon, Ryo being the only person to beat Rika in a championship Digimon card battle. Impmon, out of hatred of mockery, received power from the monkey deva and became the powerful mega, Beelzemon, with the one request that he would destroy the tamers. He ended up destroying Makuramon and Jerry's partner Leomon, deeply upsetting Jerry. Later, they met the celestial digimon, and learned of the "D-Reaper." With the help of Gronny, a digital arc created by a group of scientists and Henry's father, the children traveled home. By this time, Kenta had received his digimon partner--a mega named MarineAngemon. Unfortunately, the "D-Reaper" followed them home and found inspriation in Jerry's depression, making it almost impossible to defeat. It was on a destroying rampage. Using the new digivolution technique they'd learned in the digital world, and with the help of Dobermon, one of the scientist's daughter's partners sent by the celestial digimon to give the tamers their message and gift, to allow them to do so, the children biomerged with their digimon to try to destroy the "D-Reaper." In the end, the scientists created a "black hole" like program, to drain the "D-Reaper" back to the Digital World. With the help of the biomerged Henry and Rika, along with Gallantmon (biomerged Takato and Guilmon) and Gronny (who merged together), and Beezlemon, convicted from his awful deeds, the group destroyed the "D-Reaper." But, when the D-Reaper left, so did the kid's digimon....just a price they'd have to pay to save their world.
Season 4

In order; Takuya Kanbaru, Kouji "Koji" Minamoto, Tomoki "Tommy" Himi, Izumi "Zoe" Orimoto, Junpei "J.P." Shibayama and Kouichi Kimura.
In season 4, 5 children are transported to the Digital World by Train/Trailmon. When they arrive, their cell phones turn into Digi-vices. Their digivices tell them they need to find their "Spirits". Takuya finds his first, the spirit of Fire, and spirit evolves into Agunimon. Then Kouji finds his, the spirit of light, and spirit evolves into Lobomon. Then Tomoki, the holder of the spirit of Ice, finds his and spirit evolves into Kumamon. Then Izumi, spirit evolves into Kazemon, the spirit of Wind, and Junpei, spirit evolves into Beetlemon, the spirit of Thunder. They later gain Beast Spirits, then Takuya and Kouji gain the ability to fusion evolve. All this while trying to protect and save the digital world. They also encounter Kouji's twin brother, Kouichi, that at first was possesed by darkness. The 5 had to defeat Kouichi's Digimon form in order to save him from the darkness. Towards the end of the season, the Royal Knights become involved, scanning data of the Digi-World for Lord Lucemon, who was locked away for previously trying to destroy everything. Takuya and Kouji are given the ability to spirit evolve into EmperorGreymon and MagnaGarurumon, using all 10 of the Legendary Warriors' spirits. When they finally defeat the Royal Knights, Lucemon has already been revived and is more powerful than anything they've ever fought. Kouichi, trying to protect them from him, is scanned, erased from the Digital World. They finally beat Lucemon when they join together to become one Digimon, Susanoomon. Together, they defeat Lucemon and the whole Digital World is revived and better than before. When they go back home, they find Kouichi in the hospital, and he becomes better when he hears Kouji's voice. The End for now!
