My life never has been perfect. Of course no ones life is ever all right but mine is just downright twisted. From the day I was born in snowy mountains of Snowy Valley, I knew that something was diffrent about my life. From the memories of almost freezing during those long nights made me wonder,"Why me?" I'd never wish that this story may be told, but it is time the world should know what I had to endure.

Chapter One+ Early Days

On the night I was born light broke the spell of eternal darkness that seemed to be cast over the small mountain I call home. Moonlight danced across the layers of fresh fallen snow; making it glitter as through it was made of crystals. The stars twinkled brightly in the sky mingling with moon's light. Three little pups, two females, one male, pushed themselves into their mother's warm underbelly fur. Crystal, our mother smiled at our tiny bodies, dreaming of later life. She just wanted everything to come out perfect for us. Her shock of having such odd colored wolves faded from her thoughts as she looked at us once more and smiled.

You shall be Lyric, you are Shadow, and you, very little one are Silver." Crystal said to each of us, her pale blue eyes sparkling joyfully. I could see her flinch when she said Shadow's name and it sounded as if her voice carried a bit of regret. It was like something triggered in her mind, bringing back awful memories. I had never seen her react like that before. I looked into Shadow's blue-grey eyes and wondered if he too had seen the reaction. His cream tipped ears twitched a bit but otherwise he looked as if he didn't see it happen. I could see his cream tipped paws and tail as he walked away. Shadow's steps had a happy bounce to them. I felt the opposite of his feelings. Curling up into a small ball, my eye lids slowly slid closed. My mind wandered as I feel fast asleep. Crystal lightly picked me up later on, setting me down lightly next to my siblings. I tossed and turned as dreams flowed freely in my mind.

My dream drifted to a place I didn't know of. It was a meadow filled with white daisies and tiny bunches of bright green clovers. A male wolf lay at the very end of the meadow, his black fur shining in the bright light. His deep red eyes looked lazily out into the distance and his facial -disallowed_word- I just feel like it neo...)
