The Application

Hi there and Chy and Elyeca! This is my little app for Elyeca, or as she shall be called here, Ely. I will first tell you about myself, then I will clue you in as to my plans for her. :)

I have been on Neo for over 8 years now. I have never really taken a hiatus, but I have been slack for about 3 months a couple of different times, real life consumed me. I have never been frozen, as I have always been careful to play by the rules. I did however get a warning one time but I can't even remember what for now. My first account ever was thetimberlakes. darkinvader1981 is now my main account. darks_lab_account is just that, my lab account. darks_pet_account is where I house future lab pets, and darks_other_account is where I hope to add Elyeca, along with my other lovelies there, although as of right now, Lycron is the only permie on that account. I have not yet done a lot of work on that account, as I was waiting to see what other pets finalized the family. As for me in real life, I am an older neopets player, almost 27 to be exact, I am married, and I have two kids of my own! I am a nurse, and when I am not working, I love to ski, white water raft, hike, swim, and ride my bike.

Now since Ely makes for a lovely pet, I do plan on role-playing her. I might even try drawing her! Her facial expression is striking and will be a fun challenge to draw. :D I do not have any art examples, as I am totally making over my deviant art account at this time. I am just now getting into role-playing, and while I don't yet have a personality in mind for Ely, I imagine her to be a fun-loving and mischevious soul, with a knack for exploration and adventure! Should I be chosen to welcome Elyeca into my neofamily, she and her petpet Dancer will eventually get a custom lookup!

Her History

Once upon a time, a Faerie Tonu named Mabel heard a knock on the door. It wasn't unusual to hear such a thing, since the Tonu ran the Faerieland Adoption Agency. Overwhelmed parents would drop their babies off at the Agency, knowing that Mabel would take care of their baby, raise it to be smart and brave, and then help them to get adopted into a loving home. On this particular day, Mabel opened the door to find a tiny baby Aisha laying in a basket on her front steps. She scooped the baby Aisha up in her arms. "Oh, little one", she said, "I am so sorry to have to see you here, but I will teach you the ways of the faeries, to be kind and loving, playing and adventurous." And from that day on, even after she went home with Chy, little Ely loved to visit the clouds of Faerieland!

A poem for Elyeca

Resting in the clouds so sound
Thinking thoughts that are profound
Then suddenly you hear a noise
And you see all the other girls and boys

There's a Baby Zafara petting his Puppyblew
And another Aisha, just like you!
You approach to ask it's name
And you really hope that it is tame

He tells you what he likes to be called
You and he become friends, and have a ball
Playing in the woods until the sun sets
You have a life long pal in him, I bet!



A Roleplay Sample

The suns rays shifted through the scarce clouds, passing its delicate light upon the glittering ground of Neopia's spacious Faerieland, and a small figure sat beneath one of those clouds. Her head was hung low, as if deep in thought. Pale blue skin shimmered in the morning as she thought to herself, illuminated by the hot rays. Her curious eyes stared intently at the wide open space before her, the leaves rolling softly as the wind passed them by her, looking as though the Aisha was sitting in an endless watercolored painting. She blinked, paused, listening to the soft echo of the wind cascade through Faerieland with the beautiful sound like a playing harp. Elyeca smiled, opening her eyes once more. She slowly stood to the ground, her feet sinking into the soft ground as she began to walk across it. Walking along the clouds boarders was her favorite pastime, to seemingly exsist in a world of tranquility. If only it could be like this everyday... She smiled and walked further, pressing through the warm clouds. With a sudden change of thought, the Baby Aisha turned around and fell beneath yet another cloud, ready for a quiet nap. Right as she was drifing off to sleep, she heard a familiar voice. Running up to her was her new owner, who loved frolicking and exploring in the land of the faeries with her newly adopted Aisha and her petpet, Dancer the Bowla. The three of them laid together and chatted about what her new home was like and made plans together for the new neohome that her owner was planning to build. Before long, they drifted off to sleep to the sound of gentle wind blowing.
