10.10.09: Quick update. I've received a few Neomails about my recent NeoTimes entry - thanks to all your comments and feedback. Hopefully another of my stories will be published soon! I've added a site to where I am listed at, Soroptimist Directory, so I recommend you check it out if you're looking for anything. I am, at the moment, drowning in college work. Especially graphics. But oh well, not much I can do about it. Indefinite Hiatus methinks.
24.09.09: Basics of this are, I'm on hiatus. I've been commissioned to do a massive project (website, literature, sign writing, car decals, logo design, the lot) and as a result, along with college, this is going on the back burner. If you throw me a request and don't mind waiting, I'll get round to it if/when I have the time, but no promises. Thanks to you all for your patience.
07.09.09: A few things have changed since the last update. I resigned from my guild (*waves bye bye*) and decided against setting up a premades site. I'm now working for Neo Nutters of Neopia, trying to help them get their graphics and everything else in order. Shameless plug: the Nuttery (Neo Nutters of Neopia's image database) is one of the most useful sites I have come across yet! I mean, seriously... it's an image database. Very useful.
02.09.09: I can't stop sneezing. Anyway; my review came back and I got 100%! But it again highlights the fact I need to get my premades set up... those should be done soon, as a result. I got some feedback from Kaz over at Bananaphone (aka, FD Designs) so some things have been subtly changed. I also added the awesome Locket to my affiliates list; it's the perfect site for advice when trying to run your own Neopets based site. Check it out.
01.09.09: Back to regular updates, me hopes. I've sorted out the guild so that's one less problem out of the way. I have 1 request lined up, so after I finish that my requests will be open again! Shock horror gasp, I know. I've also asked for a review from the wonderful Starlight Reviews (link to the right) so that should give some feedback on the site. Premades site is coming soon... seriously... sooooooon...
28.08.09: Woohoo, breaking my silence. I'm going back to college in a week, so I will hopefully have more time for here. I also added some petpages/guild layouts I've done... and I am now running a guild, which is interesting, to say the least. If you're 18+ and interested in an NR guild, let me know. I should reopen my requests this week, but no promises. Just trying to get organised at the moment. Thanks for your patience :D
12.08.09: I've been added to another listing site (Starlight Directory, have a lookie) and am presently contemplating making a public to do list so everyone can see what I need to get up to... that way I may get some gentle pushes in the right direction. Let me know what you think. (EDIT: added counters to my affies/listings so I have a maximum number, plus 2 new listings and 1 new affie... still not taking requests, but this'll hopefully change in a few days.)
11.08.09: A big big thank you to the Customer Support people. I know they're often unappreciated for just doing their job, but they helped me get my account back after a nasty CG episode (my own fault for changing my word back to an old one; advice, don't do it) and for that I am exceptionally grateful. Thanks TNT :D! Customs will reopen at an unknown date, as I have a lot of RL stuff to sort out. Thanks for your understanding, everyone.
31.07.09: Was getting sick of trying to figure out what order I should put affiliates in, so now they're alphabetical. No arguing over that, I hope. XD (EDIT: added a few affies today and wondering about doing a premade site along with the Starry-Dreamz premade site... added a button by the wonderful wonderful Button Bay, a few more affies, a credit section and a "next" bit to find out whose stuff I'm working on at the moment.)
30.07.09: Faith finally remembered to update. Right. I added some more affiliates, I'm now listed on Flipped (link to the right), I put a background to my counter... uhh... rearranged the examples, possibly. I can't remember, I think I did it yesterday. I've slept since then. Will soon add forms/little descriptions for each example section. (EDIT: added a request form, an affiliate form and comment form, then moved around a few sections and added a little "still to do" counter thing.)
29.07.09: A real 29th update... I've added a counter today, and have got some feedback on certain site things which I hope to sort out soon. I moved down the banner as the referral bar was cutting a bit of it off, and added an affiliate in the form of the user run paper, the Neo Star! Check it out come August 1st, I may have an article in it. (EDIT: added another link back button. Hopefully better quality than the last. Also added 2 affies; Kaz has no choice.)
29.07.09: If I update after 11pm, it's now tomorrow... that makes sense, really. This petpage is now entirely my custom/portfolio site! All premades have been moved to the Starry-Dreamz petpage, or at least will be tomorrow... ish... presently seeking affiliates and to get listed again. Back in the custom game!27.07.09: Well it's almost the 27th... anyway. I've added a premade galleries/shops section, with its first addition being a Snowager themed layout. Chilly. Hope it's okay, and let me know about any other ideas you have. This section doesn't have a theme, you see... :P
26.07.09: I have a stinking cold, but it's not as severe as the one my Mum has, so I will survive! Added two new gallery layouts I've done; one for myself and one as a request. Also added a button for the wonderful guides of Shady.
23.07.09: There we go, all Neopet species now have their own shield. If you want a shield for a certain species, but want a different image on it, Neomail me and I'll see what I can do. I've also added 3 lookups, 1 guild and 1 piece of artwork. Woohoo for portfolios!
27.06.09: I've finally gotten around to sorting out this page for 1) the graphics I've created for Starry-Dreamz and 2) my own Neopets related portfolio. Shame I can't get round to doing my own off-site portfolio, but I have all summer to work on that. Spot any bugs, Neomail me! I'm still trying to iron out the creases.
Rules
There are a couple of basic rules to follow if you want a request, because I'm pedantic and if you don't follow them, your request will be outright denied.
1. I have no obligation to create your idea. That's why they're requests XD!
2. I do not create graphics, layouts, artwork or anything else for Pet applications.
3. I show no mercy and report theft after 1 warning. Don't annoy me, it never ends well!
4. Only Neopets related stuff, please. I don't do non-NR...
5. Quote "Chipmunks" in your request Neomail, else I'll cry then delete it.
6. I'll only block you if you ignore my status and/or pester me; I don't like blocking people.
7. Enjoy using my work and don't just use it because you must... it's there to be appreciated.
8. Follow all Neopets rules in asking for a request and in your request contents! Simple!

If you are looking to be affiliates, fill out the affiliate form below that... again, your interest makes my day a whole lot better. I won't accept everyone, as I have some personal check boxes sites need to fill, but there's a good chance I'll say yes.
Finally if you have comments, good or bad, about XS Ideas, my customs or what not, please please please let me know! I can't improve if you guys don't let me know what I'm doing wrong. I've been asked a few of these questions in my time on Neopets, so I may as well post them here.
How do I see your examples?
Drag each thumbnail to the address bar to see a full size or half size preview. Each preview is taken in Firefox so the actual layout may be different in your browser!
Do you do premade stuff, or only customs?
I have, at the moment, retired from making premade graphics. Hopefully soon enough I will set up a branch of XS Ideas for premades, but it won't be here quite yet.
Can I do customs/premades with you?
My customs are made on my own, as it's easier just with me. The same will go for my premades when I set it up. Thanks for the offer anyway.
Why won't you do pet application stuff?
If you're applying for a pet, you need to put the effort in to show the owner they should be yours. Getting someone else to draw a picture/make a layout/do a pretty banner isn't showing commitment and it just annoys me when people ask... XD
I sent you a request and you haven't done it! Why?!
If I said I'd do it and that was the last you heard, chances are I forgot. Very very sorry, but it happens. Neomail me again to remind me. If I didn't say I'd do it... well, you didn't follow the rules.

Pick Up Area
To collect your custom, scroll down until you find your name, click in the text box next to it, press Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C to copy (or your computer's equivalent) and paste in the appropriate place. Any problems, Neomail me and I'll see what I can do. After you've got the layout, Neomail me so I remember to remove it from here (don't want anyone else nicking it, after all)!
