This agency is mainly to adopt badly-named pets from pound, zap them until they are more desired and put them up for adoption.The Neopians involved with this operation hope to find homes for all unwanted pets of neopia.
Some may say that color doesn't matter. Well just take a look in the pound, it seems names definitely do. We want to give these pets a fighting chance!
I know the name isn't great, so I'm not asking for a whole lot, just try your best. :)
Every now and then, you might see well-named pets here as well but most of the time it will be oddly-named pets.

What you should know
1. Neomail me only on SIDE account here
2. PLEASE no "I will love/feed and play with/take care of it forever!!1! one.
3. Main account is preferred, but active side accepted too.
4. When sending your neomail, type in the pet's name that you're applying for as the subject.
5. Each pet came with a petpet. All were zapped by petpet laboratory. If you intend to give new petpet to the pet, please tell me so that I can detached and reserved the petpet to my other labrat.
6. I would not wait for your account to age, sorry.
7. You can write your neomail application on the petpage (without layout) because neomail cannot be too long.

What to put in Neomail Application
* A LITTLE about you
* Your hobbies and what you do on neo
* Why you'd like the pet you're applying for
* Everything you've got planned for the pet. (this may include BC entries, roleplaying, what you'd like to do with their petpage, etc.)
* What account you will be adopting on

You have better chances on getting the pets if..
1. Your CURRENT pets have lookups and some sort of descriptions.
2. Your CURRENT pets have petpets.
3. Your CURRENT pets DID NOT cry. =p
Tips/Guides
***WARNING!!! Pets that are above level 2, are limited-edition species, or that have been painted with certain rare or expensive paintbrushes, CANNOT be adopted or transferred by any account younger than four months.
You must be 4 months in order to adopt or transfer the pets except for checkered, brown, glowing, invisible, orange, pink, purple, shadow, silver, skunk, speckled, split, white or level 1 or 2.
