Welcome

Welcome to Hunington's Institution of Academics, or as the students like the call it behind their teachers' backs, 'The Asylum Academy'. This is an academy home to the most mentally distrubed, and horribly cursed students. Along with tramatic moments in their lifetimes, they also weild horrifying powers, such as the ability to see horrific events that they cannot stop, or the power to read someone's true evil. Children like these, whose wealthy parents have no place for them in their household, are sent here where they are taught, brutally punished, and slowly lose more and more of their minds. Will you rebel against the school, or will you fall into place? Just make sure, whatever you do, that you can surive the school year.

Plot

A new year has rung in for the children of the Asylum Academy, as they come back from summer vacation. Many newcomers are in the batch as well, with no idea what to expect from such a well renowned school of discipline. There is also a few new teachers who are welcomed in to the castle, already prepared to be as domineering as possible, while others come in wanting to make a difference in each student's life. Will the kind-heated teachers soon turn wicked as the rest? Will the new students be up for this school?

Ranks

Newcomer: This rank is automatic once you join the guild.
Desperate: These are the students who are starting to understand how awful this place is, and are getting anxious for help. The become a Desperate, you must have been a part of the guild for 12 days, you must have posted 50 messages, and you must have already made up and have had your first character approved.
Medicated: To be a Medicated student, you have already become desperate, and are now being treated, even though you want none of the medications they are forcing you to have. To become a Medicated, you have been in the guild for one 21 days, posted 120 messages, participated in an activity, and have gotten 1 member to join.
Disturbed: The Disturbed students are finally realizing their full powers and are making their choices of whether to behave or to rebel. To become Disturbed, you must have been in the guild for five weeks, have posted 200 messages, participated in three activities, and have gotten *3 members to join.
Prefect: The Prefects are at the top of the class hierachy. They have already made their desicions, and are looking for followers to either join the school and be at the source of chaos, or to rebel and fight against the cruelties. To become a Prefect, you must have been in the guild for two months, have posted 400 messages, have started your own activity, and have gotten *7 members to join.

Rules

*This is a literate guild. If you are not literate, you will be asked to leave.
You may have up to three characters
Characters can be dropped if something happens to them such as dexth but cannot just stop being a part of the roleplay
You may only be one teacher as of now (counts towards your three characters).
Teachers must have a description of how their class will be, and what days their class is on. Class will be a part of the roleplay, but it will also be scheduled and put in the calendar
*Hurting a student is allowed without permission - kxlling is not
*Please use some form of OOC and BIC
No Mary/Gary Sues. If we say your character is one, then please change it. You must have your character accepted before roleplaying them.

Only Disturbed and Prefects may apply for council (we will start looking for council at 15 members).
*If you must, use x's and other characters so that we will not get in trouble with neopets if you are saying something at higher than a G level (such as dexth or hxll, etc.)
*No pp or gm allowed. If we catch you doing it, you will be warned.
*Do not insult other people or their characters. If they are doing something illiterate, your council will take care of that.
Immerse yourself in your character and have fun roleplaying them!

Warnings

If you break any of the * rules then you will recieve warnings.

1 Broken Rule: Warning
2 Broken Rules: Second Warning
3 Broken Rules: Third Warning
4 Broken Rules: Suspension for 3 days
5 Broken Rules: Suspension for a week
6 Broken Rules: Expulsion
You will get a clean slate every two months for rule breakinggs.
