The sound of rushing waterfalls echoe all around you as you walk up a small path winding up a cliff. Below you an expanse of forest stretches as far as the eye can see and all around you are the cliffs of a canyon carved from a winding river.

Approaching a cave near the top of the path, the sound of enchanting music reaches your ears, drawing you closer and closer. The sound was so beautiful that the very walls around you seem to dance with its magic. You peer cautiously into the cave and spot a black draik sitting on the cave floor with a harp, her purple fingers running over the delicate strings while she hums gently along.

You sit there, completely enchanted by the music until it stops. Amazed, you can't even manage to get any words out when the strange draik turns around and spots you.

Oh...Hello. She blushes darkly and quickly puts her harp away. I was just practicing.

About Me

My name is Lindoulea, or Lin for short. I am Flames_of_Truth and Draikeneko's daughter. I have a sister and brother as well, and several other half siblings like Gallatea_Wind. I am a musician, as you already heard. She blushes again. I am learning how to play all instruments with the help of my mother, but I'm still learning. She says that I have a magic way with them. She giggles gently.

My Story

Here is the story of how I was born, mother has told it to me many times. Do you want to hear it?

Since then I have really grown, I'm now 12 years old and learning quickly. Mother told me that I have picked up some telepathic powers from her and that I picked up everything around me while I was still in the womb. Sounds a little strange if you ask me. My music has been improving rapidly as well, mother says that my magic may be somehow connected to my music. I'm still young though and have much to learn.

My Family

Flames_of_Truth:

Truth is my Mother, I think she is beautiful! I wish I had pearly colored skin rather than my own ebony black skin. Mother knows everything! She is always teaching me how to use my magic and telepathy, and she is a really good singer! She is really brave too and Flame, her other half, is alright as well. Flame can be pretty fun to be with when she wants to be.

Draikeneko:

Draiken is my Daddy, he is really funny! I got my black skin from him, and my little horns. Daddy is really fun to play with, he is just so silly and is always tripping or mumbling about something. He has trouble flying as well, but he is a really good swimmer. I'm not that good at it yet, Nai Nai is really good at swimming though.

Nailumi:

Nai Nai is my sister, she is really fun to be with. We are always exploring the caves and getting into trouble. Daddy is so funny when he is scared, Mother is scary though when she is worried. Nai is really good with water magic and is always disappearing into pools of water. She hasn't been talking much lately though.

Darenite:

Dare is my biiig brother. We are the same age, but he is always twice as big as me already and a looot bigger than Nai who is even smaller than me! I don't see Darey around much, he is always hanging out with Sunokuin. Suno kinda scares me.

Llano:

Llano is my little pet Gruslin, she was given to me when I was born and has been a faithful and loyal companion since. She is only a little smaller than me currently and is nice and warm to curl up next to. She loves listening to my music as well.

Draik Clan Territories Map

We live in Aeglos Falls, a small area in the Draik Clan filled with mountains, forest, and of course water falls. In fact we even have several in the back of this cave which serves as our water source.

Well first of all I bet you are wondering what in the world the Draik Clan is. It is a small piece of land somewhere on the other side of Neopia where us draiks have gathered together and called home. It is a place for us to settle down in peace away from the other neopians and where we can hang out and become friends with out own kind. Draik "owners" gather there as well and talk about all sorts of things, including art and adoptables.

Well, Mother and Daddy settled down here before I was born with Sunokuin. And we have been here ever since. I really enjoy it here, I don't even mind the cold weather that much. Unlike my mother, she hates the cold. I love running around the forests here and exploring all of the caverns, there is so much to do!
